Simply the BEST dermatology office!! Everyone goes above and beyondwe drive all the way from Lake Tuscaloosa to see D. Krell. Nobody has been able to properly treat my daughter after years of attempts locally. We are very thankful and highly recommend them!!

I’ve now gone to this horrible place twice now with no resolution. My guess is that Dr. Hill comes from a long line of doctors in her family because it feels as if she was placed in this position, in my eyes it doesn’t seem like she earned it. Either that or she does not like African Americans. My first visit was so bad that she seen me for free weeks later. The second time was more rushed than the first and Dr. Horrible Hill had the nerve to tell me that my condition is a case of bad luck. That’s like telling a cancer patient the reason they have cancer is bad luck. I talked to another lady (Jennifer Krell) who was no help at all either. Instead of trying to help she just took up for Dr Hill saying “well I’m sorry that you and Dr Hills relationship didn’t work”. Dr. Hill was terrible at her job and all you can say is sorry. Just awful!!! The kicker to me was getting and phone and a bill telling me that they didn’t take my insurance Ladies and gentlemen I can’t set myself up for an appointment so why am I being charged? If I could give this horrible place no stars I would.

I had a bad experience. While I am sure they are delightful people, the doctor was probably in the room for about 3 minutes, and clearly had zero interest in me. She looked at an area of skin, said "that looks ok" and then at another and said, "let's take that off." She then walked out of the room. Talk about impersonal and disinterested While I am sure it is a very profitable approach to medicine, I felt more like a piece of meat being glanced at than I did like a patient/person. We will look elsewhere for us and our boys.

Very good experiences since I first was treated by Dr. Monheit in 1980. When my children needed a dermatologist I took them to his new office called Total Skin & Beauty. I was able to get an appointment with Dr. Michel Hill and promptly. The office processes are a study in efficiency, yet we have never felt rushed. Dr. Hill spoke directly to my children instead of just talking to me. I am convinced this helped them be more compliant (keep in mind they are teenagers) with her recommendations.

It is convenient to park and get all services needed within two floors of the building. I have had good experiences with the service, staff and products at their Aesthetic Center. Because they have a pharmacy products that the physicians prescribe are in stock without waiting for a chain pharmacy to order.
