Ordered food online to be picked up at 5:15. They had an hour to prepare 3 items. NOT READY ON TIME. Customer service goes a loooong way. Why ask a time to have an order ready, if its not going to be ready.

I like this Hooters location. Close to all the action, decent happy hour specials. But the food is as usual. GOOD. if you want some delicious food,and big TVs to watch the game, you found the place. And you won't go broke eating downtown DC!!. The service sucks. I was taken care of by a young lady that treated me as if I was a chore. I was serviced by a young lady my previous time and the service was impeccable. The only thing that's could screw your experience up is your service provider.

Besides the extremely long wait times I was pleased with the service. The food was great and the environment was like your typical bar scene. I would definitely return with friends next time.

Service is great! Our waitress Ryan took great care of us brought the food right away and kept our glasses full. She was effing funny too. I had the fish and chips and it tasted pretty good. So yeh. Gj.

This Hooters is now a hands down favorite. The hostess were friendly and accommodating. My party decide to sit at the bar and drink instead of the tables. We had no problem getting a seat around 3pm. Our server Mrianda was delightful! She was friendly, professional and made sure we were served. She worked the bar well, and no patron sat with an empty glass. The bar had its locals and they were friendly and the staff knew them by name and orders (drinks, foods). They whole staff, kitchen cooks, other servers and such were all helping each other. That was outstanding to see, as the service industry inst easy. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked. The food (even though we didn't order, but we saw it be delivered was fast and exactly what people ordered.
Overall this Hooters is one to visit if you are ever in the neighborhood.

Conveniently located close to the Gallery Place China Town metro stop, the food at this place is great but the wait time is long. Although there were plenty of tables available, the hostess kept us wait for around 30 minutes to be seated. The food was delivered late too. Overall, our server was very polite and friendly.

First off ive been here multiple times and get the same results. So first off the Service is trash, after being seated it's always a 30min wait before a waitress even approaches. Each time I visited it was always a 40 to hour wait for a platter of basic nachos to be served and two out of three they where cold!!!. when i went with friends it would take even longer!!! keep in mind this is not even during busy times I don't recommend anyone to come here unless they have lots of time to spare just sitting around waiting for the bad staff to even approach your table

The food was good, however, the staff wisked by us multiple times while we waited to be seated. Watching staff fart piss around. We were seated and greeted by our less than happy go lucky waitress. She mellowed out eventually, but first impressions are lasting.

I come here for the chicken, plain and simple. They do great wings, and since I'm from Buffalo that's high praise indeed. The people who work here are always fun and full of suggestions. But trust me, eat the wings. And on weekend eveningswell try to find a seat if you can.

This particular location has drastically improved in the past couple months (it's now March, 2017). Highly recommended for wings and beer at a reasonable price. The Smoky Texas BBQ, with a side of 911 sauce is delicious. And the staff is wonderful. Highly recommended!

This was by far my BEST experience at ANY Hooters ever!!! No joke.. I'm a Marine veteran and wholeheartedly recommend this location to all!! I was served by the very beautiful Blair and with my name also being Blair Well, it's kinda cool. I used to go to Hooters with my late father of four years. Now I come with a handheld card depicting my late father. I was informing Blair that this is where I come to reminisce of our times together. Now, she examined the card for perhaps two seconds and without missing a beat She looked back up to me and with her gorgeous smile Says, "you two are so cute!!" In that moment.. I was very happy and taken aback at not only her candor and kindness, but her professionalism and outstanding work ethic is what has ultimately ensured my being a lifetime customer. I hope to bring my son here one day as well. When you show up, ask for Blair because Blair said so!! Thank you Blair.

Worst service ever! Just one waitress at 7pm? Got seats at the barthe girl seemed to be bored and not interested in getting my order! Don't go to this place! Even if you love Hooters you will be disappointed!

Jada the waitress was nice, of course she was the only waitress, not sure what was going on, they were only sitting three tables, imagine the wait, this place consistent the worse hooters i have been too, i blame the management team, not the workers

Fun atmosphere but, like every Hooters, they charge for EVERYTHING and the wait for food is really long at times and the order can still turn out incorrect.

When we first arrived it took a while before we were greeted. Then we had to wait long to get a table. Once seated everything went smooth, the food came at reasonable time.

I love hooters wings and food, but the service here is terrible. Minus the fact that they were understaffed, we had to wait 15 mins for a table when there were 6 open tables. Once we were seated we weren't acknowledged for an additional 20 mins because of some managerial miscommunication with the waitresses. They argued in front of our table and then finally said "sorry we'll get someone to serve you and hook you up." I will say the waitress we did get was great, but the overall experience was blah. Checks came with no "hook up" so probably won't be back anytime soon
