Very good place. They provided a best rate with no hidden fees. Also informed me about a rebate came in just an hour before which saved me couple hundred bucks. I will recommend this place. Thanks David Nemanik!!!

My husband and I just bought a new Honda Odyssey last weekend from Justin Magee at Honda Joliet. With our one year old son in tow, he and Lachelle made the process as painless as possible, even helping to entertain him while we did the financing. All in all, it was as pleasant as car buying can be. We will definitely be going back to Justin for our next car purchase!
Edit: 5 stars for buying experience. 1 star for service experience.
We have now bought 2 cars here, and both buying experiences have been superb. However, we will not be bringing our vehicles in for oil changes again. After making an appointment, it took over an hour for my husband’s car to even be looked at. For a simple oil change. Obviously we’d prefer for our vehicles to be serviced at the dealership, but when our time is not respected it’s just not worth it. I was understanding of the hour plus wait time when we brought my car in without an appointment, but apparently appointments mean nothing here.response / report this review -

Ken L. was a pleasure to deal with. I️ would recommend asking for him if you’re interested in buying or leasing a new or used vehicle. He was extremely accommodating in meeting our every requirement in a very timely manner. His knowledge of the new car we got left me very comfortable driving off the lot after learning what each button and display were for. If you want quick and excellent service, see KEN!

Been doing business with this location since 1990 and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Sales people are great, mechanics do a good job always, the owners are the best they want everything to go smoothly. Once you buy your car you are not just turned over the service department to fend for yourself if there is a problem which I will add rarely ever is. These people and staff are the best.

Rich Ponulak was great to work with. He answered our questions and was polite throughout the encounter. They didn't budge on the price at all, but it was pretty fair market value. Overall, a great experience. They even delivered the car to the house.

Ken Laing Sr. at Honda did an amazing job helping me find the right car. I was all over town trying to see what was perfect for me and was really close to giving up hope. However as soon as I came in to Honda he got me into a new Civic and I fell in love. I really appreciate all of his hard work and the brand new car. I give him a 10:10 for excellent customer service, respect towards my family members and I, and being patient with all of the questions and concerns I had. Thanks again! I'll be sure to take good care of my new car and continue to be loyal to Honda.

We just purchased a new CR-V and were very pleased and satisfied with both the professionalism and courtesy of the salesman Ken Liang but also with the integrity of the dealer in standing by a mistakenly quoted price with no objections and no re-negotiations on a different price. Working with Josh Tornabeni was a very pleasant experience. It was refreshing to work with someone who was honest and to the point when looking at new car options. Josh was very helpful and easy to work with, make the car buying process less overwhelming.
I appreciated that he didn't give us a runaround and was not pushy, it made making a decision on a car stress-free. He cared about making sure we were comfortable with our decision. I highly recommend Honda of Joliet and requesting to work with Josh!response / report this review -

My wife and I recently bought a used CR-V from Honda of Joliet and had a very pleasant experience.
We found the car online and got all of the info we needed from Emily Roland. She sent us a video tour of the car that was very helpful, was up front about any issues or concerns that we may see with the car, and super responsive.
When we arrived at the dealership, we were greeted by Ken Liang. He made is feel very comfortable and walked us through the entire sales process that had been set in place previously, including a test drive.
Finally, there was a tiny issue with the car that we'd purchased, but John Wise did not hesitate to jump on the issue and make sure resolution was quick and painless.

Had an awesome experience buying a Certified Used 2014 Honda CR-V EX-L. From the start they were very welcoming and my salesman Saul Rodriguez was very friendly and made negotiations very easy, no pressure at all to buy. What I especially liked was that they did not pressure me at all or make me feel guilty for not getting other dealer "extras", not even when it came to sell me additional extended warranties. I was worried that me being a younger guy (they even thought I looked 20 hehe not even close), they'd make the buying process a hassle like in another Honda dealer 5 years earlier.
Also I pointed out I had somewhere to go, so they made sure to take care of me quickly so I could get out on time. One last bit, I was starving that day. I headed out on a 40 min drive to the dealer on an empty stomach, so wanted to finish getting my truck to go eat something. Well one of the managers heard I was hungry and he hooked me up with some of his pizza he bought for dinner! He told me to get as much as I wanted! Definitely recommend this dealer. If you go buy definitely ask for Saul Rodriguez for sales, he'll treat you right!response / report this review -

From start to finish and even a week later I am totally satisfied. I went to buy my first car from Honda of Joliet. My salesman's name was Saul R. There is no high pressure sales at this place. They let me look around till I felt I wanted to talk to someone. I wanted to purchase a 2016 Honda Civic. Saul and store manager Mike worked with me to get the price and payments that I was comfortable with. After all the paper work was complete it was a little after nine. It was closing time but Saul took the time to take me to my car and show me all the accessories and how they work even helped me program some. After leaving and noticing some minor scratches on the car they are raking car of any issues to make sure my car is perfect as it can be. Saul was a very good salesman. I also have to mention store managers Mike and John so easy to talk to and listen to your concerns you may have. I would recommend if your in the market for a car to come here first they will work with you stress free.

Decided on a 2017 Honda Civic. As a first time car buyer I dreaded the process of buying a new car. After pricing out the cost through several different dealerships Honda of Joliet was able to get me the best cost without any negotiation. I worked with Brian Krakowski who made sure I understood all of my options for my purchase. He found the car I wanted and did a great job following up with me on some promised work. My father, who's purchased many new cars, even complimented the manager on a truly outstanding process. Would definitely recommend Brian and Honda of Joliet. Thanks a lot, love my car!

Excellent customer service! Linda, whom I spoke to on the phone first to set up a showing was super helpful and friendly. Justin was my sales rep, and he too was really friendly and would bend over backwards to make sure we were satisfied. As a manager of a restaurant, I look and strive for the best customer service possible; which is exactly what they deliver. Also, for it being my first time buying a car on my own they helped me in every way possible. Even other staff members would walk by when we'd be waiting to make sure we were doing okay. Great job Honda of Joliet! And thank you for everything!

I purchased my third new car yesterday and I'd have to say that my experience with Honda of Joliet was one of the best ones! I had the pleasure of working with Rudy and Rich and they were amazing. Very laid back and down to earth with a good sense of humor! They made me feel very comfortable and that this wasn't just a business transaction! Everyone was so awesome from start to finish. I highly recommend them to everyone looking to purchase a Honda. Thank you for making my day great!
