VERY DISAPPOINTED.Mark was a great salesman and was wonderful to work with. Unfortunately, he wasn't able to make up for poor business practices. I purchased a '08 Mitsubishi Eclipse convertible about 3 weeks ago. Upon arriving home, approx 30 minutes after the sale, the oil light was on at idle or less that 1000 rpm's. 4 trips back later, still no remedy to the problem. The service dept changed 2 sensors and an oil change that should have been done prior to my purchase, still no fix to the oil light problem that I was told was most likely no big deal. 20 minutes at the Mitsubishi dealership in Bloomington and I have answers. My less than 3 week old purchase needs a new engine due to a destroyed timing kit and seized balance shaft. Needless to say there wasn't any help really to fix the problem other than to put in a $3500 engine. again, Mark was terribly apologetic but one great salesperson can't make up for poor business practices. Sadly, I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone in the future and the service department seems to be lackluster at best. Thanks to O'Brien Mitsubishi for fixing someone else's problem and at a price less than Lynn Chevrolet. It's terribly disappointing as I always like to support hometown businesses. This time the "CITY" business took care of me and someone else's lack of customer service. I expected more from a hometown business such as standing behind the product they sell and making sure their product is thoroughly checked prior to resale . You lost a customer for good and will unfortunately have to share my poor experience with all in my circle looking for a vehicle.

I had an excellent experience buying my new Chevrolet Camaro through Lynn Chevrolet. Their vehicle prices online were very realistic and honest (I found that a lot of other dealers tend to include rebates that the average person wouldn't qualify for in online pricing). My salesman, Mark Osman, was very personable and easy to work. I appreciate their integrity and would definitely recommend this dealership.

I drive a lot for work and when I need an oil change I hate waiting. I know I can always get it done professionally and very fast as Lynn. One of the best spots for an oil change without a bunch of hassle.

My son purchased a used vehicle from Lynn Chevrolet 2 weeks ago, it started leaking coolant and we took it back to Lynn Chevrolet, they said the thermostat housing was cracked and needed replaced, this was a $160.00 part with $300.00 in labor, granted he purchased this vehicle with no extended warranty but i feel with him only having the car for 2 weeks they could of offered him a better deal, the best they could do was a extra 5% off along with his limited warranty of 10% off parts and labor, We were very dissatisfied
