I have had the best experience at DeLong Ford of buying an Escape. My sales lady went out of her way to help me find a vehicle. She was very pleasant and straight forward!! Explained everything and I was a satisfied customer. I'm enjoying my new ride. I love the color!!! Thank You DeLong Ford!!!

We've been buying vehicles from here for decades, ever since we moved to Dwight. The current owner/manager is a younger relative of the one we used to deal with; hopefully we'll develop the excellent relationship with him which we had with the previous manager. Building has been recently expanded/renovated.

Worked with Doug on sorting out a 2017 F-150. He was fantastic! Knowledgeable and very easy to work with. Closed the deal with Woody, againjust an overall positive experience. If you want to purchase a vehicle without the pressure and hassle you normally go through.this is the place !!

My experience I received at DeLong Ford, Inc. was above and beyond what I was expecting. Mr. Woods "Woody" showed exceptional customer service and provided all of the help that I could ask for. He made buying a vehicle as smooth as possible. I will definitely recommend DeLong Ford to any of my friends and family that are in the market for a new vehicle.

Doug went above and beyond to make sure that I drove off with the car I wanted. Doug provided outstanding customer service from the first day, through many phone calls trying to work out the expenses, and to the day I went to pick up the car. It was an excellent and hassle-free experience buying the car from him. I highly recommend going to Doug for your next car!!!

Low price oil changes! They are a group of older guys so you know they care about the customer as well as the car. As far as dealerships go, this is the best one I've visited for service. I will actually go out of my way to have them change my oil.

I started taking my car to Delong for service when I bought my new 2010 Focus from them seven years ago. With the purchase came free oil changes and maintenance for X amount of miles or time. I never changed my own oil ever again.
Frankly, if I could change my oil for less money, it's not by much if any at all. Plus, they look over the car, fill tires low on air, take care of minor issues like burned out bulbs or low windshield washer fluid, give me a write up of how everything is and what needs attention soon or immediately.
Prices are reasonable. Service is with a smile and personable. I'd rather work a shift of overtime and pay these guys to do a job right than waste my day off taking longer myself and not doing it as well as they can and with them backing up their work. My time spent relaxing and not worrying about my car is worth every dollar I send their way.
I've never had an issue they couldn't handle. It's been seven years as I said. I've never once in that time thought other than what I've said in this review.response / report this review -

Took my Ford Edge in for an oil change. The tech found a leak. They got it taken care quickly for me. Love that I get a call after the service appointment making sure everything is good. Excellent service & customer service! Thanks Matt and DeLong Ford!
