My situation was something unique and I would rate 6 out of 5 stars.
I booked home wood suites located in North Carolina (my fault because I was going to NJ lol) and when I arrived NJ home wood somerset suites for check in, not only they helped me cancel NC home wood suites without any cancellation charges but also gave me same low rate which I dealt with NC home wood suites. Assistant manager, Sun ar, she was very helpful in this situation. I stayed here in King bedroom for a week, and I loved it!
You will find almost all the home needs here, laundry detergent? dish soap? counter medicine? they got it. They even offer to do groceries for you!! In my view this type of services and management would beat all the luxuries hotels out there!

I'm a big fan of Homewood Suites, and have stayed at various locations. This particular one has been a disappointment though. Upon entering the room the dead bolt would not lock. I was able to fix that myself. My family tried to go swimming and couldn't because the chlorine was too strong. The kitchen faucet was marked incorrectly and I almost drank hot water. At breakfast they completely ran out of syrupnot to mention being woken up in the middle of the night due to fire alarm

The hotel is very clean. The staff is exceptional - very attentive and helpful. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The complementary breakfast was delicious and abundant. We were there for a family wedding and the staff was very accommodating to our needs, even allowing an after party in the lobby until 5:30 am! Highly recommend this hotel.

I enjoyed my stay here a lot. The hot tub was under maintenance this time, but the pool was still great! My room didn't get cleaned one night I was there until the cleaning crew showed up around 6:30, but other than that, I have no complaints at all! The area is covered in places to go out and eat, from fast food to nice restaurants. As far as things to do, if playing at a park is your thing, there is PLENTY of that nearby.

Stayed there for 2 weeks with family. Very comfortable stay. Breakfast and evening socials food was great. Staff is really friendly.

Wonderful service and rooms very comfortable. We enjoyed our 2 night stay. Only complaints would be the keys not working and having to change them. The pool was cloudy to the point that the bottom could not be seen and the chemical smell was strong. I still would recommend this hotel/ suite. The breakfast was good.

Stayed here for one night on a business trip. Room was clean and was very nice. Had a small kitchen with good size fridge. Overall the room was great. They offered a social night with complimentary beverage but I did not attend it. Staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was good. I will stay here again.

Nice hotel, I guess I expected a little more since they said it was recently refurbished. Checked in around 7 tonight, coffee was like mud in the lobby. Room was ok, amenities are nice. Just went to make decaf coffee with food we got and the last filter someone used was still there GROSS! Plus silverware was dirty. Quiet room. Nice staff.

I stayed here on Jan 28 2017, the room was nice and clean. I loved that there was a stove top for me to cook as well as pot, pans, dishes and utensils. but this is not the place to stay if you plan on having a few people in your room, the Front desk supervisor named Fletcher came to our room and threatened to call the police because we were loud. I won't be staying here anymore! You have to be quiet after 9pm.
