I recently went to the Courtyard by Marriott in Somerset for a conference. I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was also very nice and friendly. At one point I forgot my ID in my room and the staff went above and beyond my expectations to help me. There's a pool and gym at this facility. The gym has to treadmills one elliptical and one bike as well as dumbbell weights up to 40 lb. All of the amenities were in good condition and very clean. Each time we went to the bar for a few drinks and they have a good selection of liquor wine and beer to choose from. I believe the bar closes around 11 p.m. so there is a bar across the street how close is a little bit later what you can go to. They are currently undergoing renovations from the top 5th floor down and all of the contractors very friendly and there's no noise issues associated with the renovations. Overalls a great experience Philly negative would be the lighting switches were hard to figure out at first coming from a Light Designer it was not the best design. However I'm assuming that the upcoming Renovations will remedy that issue as well as update all of the rooms. I'd recommend to anyone staying in Somerset to stay here.

Staff is very nice, room appears to be clean. For a Courtyard hotel the building is very old, furniture, carpet is dated, office chair worn out/torn. As a business traveler, I won't return unless the hotel is updated.

I only stayed overnight after a wedding reception that ended at midnight. So I probably spent about 8hrs there max with 6 of those hours being asleep. My experience in that short time was great though. The staff was warm and friendly and the location was very nice. The room was nothing special but the beds were so comfortable and the television had a Netflix option which was great.

Friendly staff. Rooms are nice, but could use a refresh as they are showing a bit of wear and tear. That said, everything worked correctly. Beds are ok, but we're a little hard for my tastes. Pillows were great!

Comfortable beds, clean room, treated very well by front desk & staff. They were welcoming and extremely informative about hotel amenities and hours of operation for breakfast and adjoining restaurant. Just one small tip for housekeeping, the silver towel racks were dusty on the ends. It just needed a little wipe down. Everything else was clean and smelled fresh!

This hotel was very clean and had a friendly staff. The rooms make you feel safe and restful. The lobby is a bit tiny and they don't serve coffee after breakfast. For the price you pay you get a very good experience. The lobby has computers for you to check in your flights. However, the login is controlled so that you can't go on the open internet. The best part was the flexible staff who let us leave a little bit later than the check in time. Prob because it wasn't crowded so no garuntees. That did however demonstrate their ability to accommodate the customer. One more item, it's connected to a Ruby Tuesday's that also does room service.

Rooms were very clean, the staff was extremely friendly, and I loved that there was a Ruby Tuesday right next to the hotel. Free Wifi is another bonus! Only complaint is that the elevators are slow.

I had a great stay at a great price. The room was quite spacious, clean and comfortable. We also had great customer service. I purchased Starbucks coffee and breakfast here as well. Our room was neat the elevator but we did not hear any noise. They had some fire pits outside to sit by as eell

Rate was very reasonable, the staff was friendly, the beds/pillows were super comfy and the air was set to a perfect temperature. No charge for parking your car which is great. There is an attached Ruby Tuesday's for late night drinks.

The hotel service is very friendly and helpful. The set up is very modern. The rooms are great. I got a single king size bed room. Very spacious for one person. It comes with a balcony as well. For the price, it's a steal. I would recommend.

The Ruby Tuesday next door is great for a quick drink after a long trip or work event. The hotel itself is nice with some great accommodations and amenities, and the staff was cordial and helpful. Will definitely stay here again on another trip to the area.

I've stayed here many times for business. Beds are wonderful and staff are very friendly. It also have a Ruby Tuesday attached which is very convenient.

I recently attended an event in the area and met up with a group that was staying at this hotel. The lobby was modern and spotless even though there were so many guests staying there at the time. I helped one guest at bring their luggage down and when I was in their room, I noticed how attractive the decor of the room was. I also noticed that their complimentary hair and soap products were by the popular brand Paul Mitchell. Based off of this short experience, I would definitely stay at this location in the future.
