Lobby is nice, restaurant and bar are great. Food is very good but expensive.
Rooms are large and cosy. There is no fridge, you need to ask for one.
Room cleaning does not fix the room properly, does not renew soaps or water bottles etc. they barely touch the room, even so much that it is hard to tell if they came or not.

It's never fun when they tell you it's going to be $22 to park in their empty parking garage. You can park overnight for free on the street, the meters kick in at 8am (don't let them tell you it's 7am). Also: annoying that you can't use the stairwell to walk a floor down to the lobby (it'll trigger the fire alarm). Rooms were great and comfy and clean though.

Nice, modern hotel with a spacious area for our work function however seating was limited. The food was nothing special and there was a limited choice. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The lobby was recently renovated, gorgeous. Does not set you up for the how the rooms will look. You can tell the hotel is older. Not my favorite Hyatt and I don't know if I'll be going back due to the price of the rooms and not to mention you have to either valet, pay for parking in the attached parking garage ($22 night) or find street parking, which is also not free. Overall experience was okay.

Beautifully designed elegant hotel. Neatly maintained. Conference rooms and hospitality was amazing. Overall this is one of the best luxury hotel in the town.

Great location and service. From time we checked in to watching the game at the bar to checking out, the service was incredible. If your at the bar try the smoked crab bisque.

Beautiful hotel, womderful in all aspects except it has the worst Internet access I have ever experienced in any hotel. Truly. Unfortunately, this is a business hotel, which means Internet access is vital. I am actually leaving a conference early because I cannot get any work done between sessions. That’s a waste of a lot of money and effort.

I decided to time the length of time I was able to stay connected to their password-free WiFi. Average time: 12 seconds. At no point in the last 36 hours did I stay connected more than 53 seconds. Overwhelmingly, my attempts were all under 10 seconds.

In this day and age, you can have paint peeling off the walls, inedible food, moldy smells, dirty bathrooms and unpleasant staff, none of which are a problem here, but if a business hotel keeps guests connected online, all is forgiven. On the flip side, not doing so is the only memory a guest will remember.

The hotel is very classy and is a great place for weddings. The service is snappy and the servers are very polite. The phone system is a little complicated and needs a little getting used to. For some reason, there are no locks on the restroom, which is a HUGE inconvenience, but overall, this hotel is a great place to stay for a few days.

The Hyatt In New Brunswick Is overrated . The balcony is more of a cement porch and they need to hire more people to clean the rooms and check the hallways for garbage. On the other hand I did appreciate them charging me $22 a night for parking.

Rooms are clean, in-room dining prices are not too bad. However they charge $3 for each water bottles in the room. The label says something like this: "This is a complimentary water for members of World of Hyatt. $3" Not sure what kind of species World of Hyatt is, but that really doesn't sound fair to me.

The service was great and the waiter/workers were polite. The place was clean and it had an excellent atmosphere. Would love to attend this hotel again

The back half of the hotel is no more than 50 ft off of a major highway. I was up all night with trucks engine braking. Errrrbudumdum. I have never been told "I don't know" in so many ways before. Can I change rooms. I don't know. Who would know. I don't know. My buddy checked out today can I have his room since it is free. I don't know. The bar area was decent. The food was good. My heat broke the second night and I froze. Overall, not a pleasant stay. Parking is 20+ dollars a night to park in their garage! So factor that in. They did give me a discount for the heat breaking, but it wasn't enough to makeup for the overall poor experience.

A very comfortable hotel in the middle of town within easy walking distance of 5 or 6 nice restaurants. Close to the train station as well - an hour or so from New York if your fancy a trip.

The rooms are nice and well kitted out (USB plugs as well as normal plug sockets) with the usual coffee maker, ironing board etc

The facilities are pretty good, didn't make it to the gym though I did make it to the bar.

The bar is comfortable and had a free pool table. Excellent.

Valet parking if you need it though I didn't and can't comment on its quality.

Plenty of cabs so you don't wait long is your need to be somewhere.

The fire alarms work. Found that out at 5 am. But a Starbucks round the corner made the wet miserable early start easier to bear. False alarm due to a water pressure drop apparently.

First room had an empty wine glass outside and a stain. The hallway smelled like weed so we requested a change. The hotel very graciously moved us to a new room and even upgraded us to a suite. Very satisfied with management and their overall service. Docked stars because their tavern was very sleazy. We wanted wine and it was last call so the bar tender mentioned that we could get two glasses each or a large. We ended up with 4 larges and saw the check which was obscenely expensive. When we asked why we couldn't just be charged a bottle and finish it off he said he poured out more than one bottle which he clearly didn't, that he couldn't change it because it was already charged, and that he'd have to call the manager. Finally he just muttered that it was a few bucks anyway so who cared even though it was a matter of 20 bucks and then basically ignored us. Aside from that very nice looking and well kept hotel with friendly staff.
