My overnight stay at Hilton was very nice! The staff was nice and the price was perfectly reasonable; the rooms were also very clean. Overall, my stay was very nice, and I would definitely stay overnight another time.

Pros: Aesthetics make it look very upscale and rooms are decent. Weight room has decent exercise machines weights up to 50lb as standard and the pool is large enough to do laps.

Cons: Definitely not the best hotel for an early start. The fitness room opens at 6 and breakfast (extra $) is at 6:30. Not ideal if you have to be someplace at 7. Also service is a lacking in hospitality overall. Rooms lack a fridge and a clock. Also front desk was over staffed and seemed rushed and no one was available really to help if I had a quick question.

We stayed one night, staff was helpful and friendly, gym was an interesting set up, but definitely usable with good equipment. Pool was gorgeous and clean, nice jacuzzi tub. The beds were soft and very comfortable, and the room was clean and updated. Great experience. I only ever stay at Hilton hotels anymore, they are the best

It’s the best hotel in the Tri State area. The staff goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Will surely recommend this hotel.

I was here with my wife while she chaperoned a school event. The hotel is run down and shop worn. The room was dark, dingy, and smelled musty and moldy. The door to the tiny bathroom was out of plumb, making it impossible to shut the door all the way. The strangest thing was the elevator policy. Signs were posted limiting each elevator to 7 passengers. At peak times it was impossible to get on an elevator. Since the rated capacity is 3000 pounds, the hotel either anticipated that its guests weigh, on average, 428 pounds each, or they know there's a problem with their elevators. When I asked to see the inspection certificates, the manager on duty refused to show them to me, got defensive, didn't have a business card, and refused to tell me his name until I gave him mine. I didn't see anyone who looked to weigh over 350, so I'm guessing it's the latter.

I don't usually write any reviews but i feel the need to write for this place. I am warning everyone to NOT go to this place. I went in July, 2017 and they stole my phone. I reported it many time to managements and they ask me to file a police report and ask the police to make an arrest, even though my GPS on my phone prove that the housekeeper that cleaned my room had my phone. I don' t live in new Jersey and I am a business women that is always traveling from city to city. I always have excellent experience with Hilton company except this one. In addition the staffs are very rude. i had a terrible time

I went to this hotel for a work event. The decor is beautiful and the staff was friendly. Very upscale. This hotel is so big so it is easy to get lost. It was tricky finding the parking lot. I went to the wrong one at first. Once I parked it was difficult exiting the parking deck and finding the main hotel area.

The rooms are very spacious and clean. One of the most comfortable hotel beds i have slept on in a long time. Appreciated that there were 3 different types of pillows in my room. Thought the food was very good and reasonably priced. Staff was friendly and said hello when they walked by. I was very surprised at the room rates very affordable. Will be my first choice when I return to the area.

This hotel does not deserve anything more than a 1 star. I get treated better at a Motel. First I landed there on Saturday and left on Sunday morning. I was on my way back to Boston when my wife realized that she left her cellphone at the hotel. We immediately call, they told us the room had been clean. My wife tracked the phone and the result show that the phone was at the hotel. She call back to let them know but they said nothing had been reported. Later on she tracked that her phone went to another Hilton hotel nearby, then the person took it to their home. She tried calling to speak to the manager because she have the home address, all they are doing is giving her attitude and putting her on hold. Until now which is Wednesday she hasn't been able to talk to a responsible. The person that took the phone clearly work there, with the address they could find who it was and fired that person because guess item should not be stolen by staff , this is like a cover up.

The location was in the banquet halls for a social event. The event was for the South Brunswick High School prom. The area and decor was outstanding with many props to stand with and pose. There was plenty of service and waiters/waitresses around to assist and the food was good. Lots of fun, atmosphere was great, and would do it again.

Like an airport hotel, but for the Turnpike. Better as a conference center and catering hall rather than as a lodging option for leisure travelers, judging by amenities and location. Has a gym, pool, licensed Starbucks store, and in-house restaurant. During weekday afternoons, the cafeterias in the neighboring Towers 1 and 2 have better lunch options than the in-house restaurant.

Great spot for a business meeting. This hotel is right about in the middle of the state. If you are gathering with people from all over, it is in the right place. The rooms are comfortable, the staff is friendly and ready to help. The meeting rooms are available in various configurations.
I had breakfast in the hotel restaurant and the hostess and wait staff truly went above and beyond to make you feel right at home.
