The stay was fine. The bed was a bit too hard for my tastes, but the hotel staff offered mattress toppers to soften it up. Clean facilities and a decent breakfast.

Hotel was clean but the breakfast wasn't very good. Forgot phone charger in room and called the following day after checkout. Was lost in Bermuda triangle. Would just like to be acknowledged that it was placed in lost and found. Three hours later and still waiting for update.

The room was nice but they charged my card multiple times and took off more money. I stayed for the amount of $400 they took an extra $500. They never gave me my money back after I checked out the room and informed them. Never put an important card on file.

Beds were uncomfortable and pillows were terrible. We requested a crib, per Marriott online amenities, but were told they have never had them. Did I say the beds were terrible? Marriott normally has great beds. Not so much here. We will find other accommodations on our frequent visits to the area.

While the staff was very polite and the hotel has the appearance of cleanliness, I will not be staying here again nor will I recommend this to anybody. The headboard in my room had some very obvious hand marks all over it. They could've easily been wiped off with a Lysol wipe or some sort of cleaning agent but they weren't. I ended up sleeping horizontal at the end of the bed. If the cleaning crew didn't notice something so obvious, I question what else was overlooked when cleaning the room. The hotel was at max capacity so there were no additional rooms available.

Needed a nice familiar place to stay after a very long day at work not wanting to drive an hour home to sleep and come right back in the next morning. Went in and waited for someone to come to the desk and help. No one came so i started looking and calling for someone. No one to be found. The kitchen area was open and the food delivery was on the floor getting hot (see picture) Still no one to be found so i looked in the window to the office. The clerk was asleep. I walked to the desk to look for a bell or something to wake them but nothing. I looked on the video monitor and the we're cleverly hidden from the camera. I contemplated making myself something to eat with all the groceries on the floor but instead took a piece of paper and wrote i wanted a room but your clerk was asleep and flashed it to all the cameras (check the footage) then took some tape and taped the note to the front door to save time for the next person coming in.

Excellent! Conveniently located, easily accessible. Very clean and fresh, quiet - no doors slamming all night and morning. Bed and room very comfortable. Breakfast was great. Decor was nice, not typical traditional hotel look. Staff was helpful, respectful and people here are very nice and kind. Check-in and out smooth. Felt very safe. Will be back

Newly remodel rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast was just right but no chocolate milk. Thru out the day going in and out there was no hot water or regular coffee made or fresh ice cold water. Staying another night will check in the morning.

Cleaner, newer building. Exhaust in bathroom. Good breakfast. Sink in bathroom. Functional refrigerator and microwave. Ample parking. Comparatively priced. Closer to major stores.
