Great variety of foods provided in complementary breakfast. Rooms are cozy and there is a multitude of channels available on the televisions. Overall a nice experience

I stayed there for a week. Rooms great and clean and up to date. The service was great. My only complaint was that there was not a can opener provided in my room and they did not have one at the front desk I. had to run to a nearby Walgreens to pick 1 up.

Cheap and easy hotel that's close to hotel. Be real real careful when reserving with these guys through a 3rd party. Bought and paid through Expedia gave them my charge card for incidentals and they charged me again for the room. Called to explain and they are rectifying it. Check your statements after staying here.

Great room set up especially if you have kids. The master bed has a door to shut it off. Elevator light wasn't working- kinda creepy. Strong smoke smell in different parts of hotel. Worst part was breakfast starts at 6:30 on weekdays and 7:00 on weekends. That's ridiculous! People are staying here bc it's by the airport and they are trying to catch flights! They are staying here thinking they can get breakfast at a reasonable time to leave and catch their flight. Dumb.

This hotel was pretty good. It is starting to feel dated but it is never the less well maintained and cleaned. The staff is informative, available and courteous. All the necessary amenities are provided and the rooms are affordable. The room itself was comfortable and spacious. The shower was very large and drained well. The bed was comfortable with the choice of two types of pillows, thick and soft. I'd stay here again if i needed the convenient access to the airport.

Everything I could ask for. Price was right. Breakfast was good! Staff was nice. Needs an upgrade as far as a pool and sauna, no hot tub.

We stayed for 3 days, staff seems pretty nice. Room was very nice walkin showers are awesome a/c is very nice well kept. No ware close to eat. Minus the fridge not working or the fridge in 2nd room. Worth your $

Far less than impressed! Definitely not a 3 star hotel. Not only is the entrance and lobby more on the scale of a Best Western, the room is filfthy! Spend your money elsewhere.

This place had a room makeover probably 2 years ago. It's OK, but room still needs work. Closet door is off slider. Water stains all around AC unit. Light in bathroom doesn't work. Fridge was pushed into the middle of the room when we arrived for no reason and cookware and silverware was on the floor. The only reason I give it a 2 is because the staff was very friendly and tried to help. The breakfast was decent. They should have spent money replacing the 1 pane windows with double pane since it's directly behind the airport.

Nice rooms, prompt cleaning services. Friendly staff. They were doing renovations during our stay and they gym had turned into a storage room. The pool was somewhat small. Nice comfortable beds.

Affordable, Wonderful, clean, with a beautiful updated remodel. Free shuttle on time, free breakfast, free WiFi, and more. My room was fantastic. I had a stove top, fridge, microwave and everything else I needed. They go above and beyond. Thank you Hawthorne for making my crazy travel enjoyable.

The stay was amazing. Front desk agent "Faith", and the courtesy drivers Derrick and Andrew were so helpful. Breakfast was great, the room was very nice, and it was affordable. They are renovating, but it won't get in your way during your stay. Definitely will make this my choice hotel when in town. Thanks Hawthorne Suites!! Well worth it.

It had great shuttle and service. And everything was good right up until the electricity went out. It wasn't the hotels fault but it was out for hours. They gave us full refund and there shuttle took my family and I to another hotel.
