I worked with Jordan in procuring financing for purchasing our first house and am very pleased with his responsiveness and patience through the whole process. If he was not available he made sure a colleague could step in to help. Jordan also made sure we could hold to a quick closing despite holidays. The company as a whole gave great service and earned all 5 stars!!

Matthew and his team did a great job. They were very patience with us. They answer all our questions we had from the start. They help us get the best plan for us. The process was done in less than a month. We would highly recommend Matthew and his team.

Matthew and his team at HomeRate Mortgage were the absolute best. They were always professional, looking for the best options for my family, and taking care of every detail. Our situation was different than most and they were the only Mortgage company that was willing to take the time to work with us. The other companies could have done the same, but all gave a similar response to the following quote, "that's a lot of extra work we just don't have time for." Matthew and his team jumped at the chance to help us. They secured a great interest rate, monthly payment, and they even helped us find better homeowners insurance through Meridian Insurance with our new agent Melvin Jackson. This team is good at what they do and are extremely professional. I would recommend Matthew and his team to anyone looking to buy or refinance their home. If they can't help you than no one can. Please check them out and allow them to assist you.

Our experience with Home Rate Mortgage was great and Matthew Bryant is absolutely the best. We were able to lower our rate by almost a full point, get 15k out for a few projects and still lower our mortgage payment by $400! Matthew even noticed that we were paying too much for our home owners insurance so I got a few quotes. Turns out we were paying twice what we should have been paying so now were saving an additional $1700 per year thanks to Matthew. I highly recommend Home Rate Mortgage.
