  most staff is very lazy i’ve watched them countless times continue talking and laughing while the phone is ringing and it seems almost everytime i call i have to call a few times before someone finally answers and then they are a bit salty when answering 😑

  I am 67 years old. To my knowledge I have never had a returned check for any reason. I recently closed my accounts with Arvest as they are closing their Ada, oklahoma branch. I opened an account with Citizens bank and could not be more satisfied. A young man by the name of Kaleb , a teller, helped me a great deal late this afternoon. Apparently I wrote a check on Arvest bank which closed my account upon my request. The check made to the tag agent was not honored by Arvest. Kaleb went out of his way to help me get a cashier's check and mail it to the local tag agent. I was really impressed by his assistance. Citizens Bank is awesome. Thank you Kaleb. Your a great asset to Citizens Bank. Thank you very much. Kirk Arnett.
