I needed to sell my parents house, but didn't want to take the time to update a 1960 house with 1960 fixtures plus many things that needed repair. I researched at least 10 companies in the Milwaukee Area and my gut told me Metro Milwaukee was the one. Nick came out and we discussed the background of the house along with the cost of repairs. Nick took the time to explain all the repairs that were needed. I felt very comfortable with Nick and it felt like I've known him for years. Nick called that afternoon and gave me a Extremely Fair price for the house. I accepted and told him a closing date. This way so easy I felt it can't go this smooth, but it did. 30 minutes at closing and out with the check. Buying a big screen TV was more hassle than this. Thanks for everything Nick!

Nick has been an awesome investor. He has made this a for easy transaction that would have been very difficult. He told me from the beginning what the selling price would be and stuck to it until we closed the deal. Nick is a very trustworthy investor and very nice. He has worked with us since the beginning and has been very flexible and easy to work with. Throughout the whole sell he was professional, responsive, and upfront. No hidden fees whatsoever.
