  Andrew was a great agent! On our first visit he came prepared with comps for our area and had spoken with the agents of recent sales so we had a good idea of what our home would sell for. He does his homework! He marketed our home exceptionally well too. Our home had an offer on the second day it was listed. We couldn’t be more pleased.

  Andrew Neighbors is absolutely incredible. I came to Andrew needing to sell my house in a short period of time. In a changing market that was giving buyers more power, and homes were staying on the market longer, Andrew had a plan. Andrew laid out the steps we needed to take to get the home ready to sell, and he was there going above and beyond each step. The home was able to get an offer the day after listing and over asking. This was only possible because of Andrew had the ability to spot where the market was going months in advance and position my home to be the diamond that buyers were looking for. I have already recommend Andrew to multiple friends, because that is how impressed I am with his professionalism, responsiveness, and character.

  We had a great experience working with Andrew. He was extremely pleasant and easy to work with. We were struck by how hard he worked for us - from making trips to scope out properties we were even mildly interested in, to to being enthusiastically available even as we were making offers on a home during a holiday weekend. If/when we buy our next home, we absolutely plan to work with Andrew again.

  Andrew is an amazing realtor, guide, and advocate through the entire homebuying experience. My partner and I just purchased our first home and, needless to say, we felt very unsure and anxious when we began the process. Andrew met us where we were and helped us gain confidence throughout the time we worked together. He answered our questions and helped educate us, he hunted down the answers when he didn't know them, and he advocated for and protected our best interests. He is a clear and reliable communicator. He helped push us to the finish line in a market that we weren't sure we could win in and now we have a home to make our own! I would highly recommend Andrew to anyone serious about buying a home.

  Andrew was referred to us by a friend and co-worker and he lived up to all of our expectations. He helped us navigate this crazy market with sound advice and an excellent understanding of the local trends. He was incredible in helping us figure out what areas to target, and once we had a house we wanted, to prepare an offer that we felt comfortable with but was also extremely competitive. He was responsive and always available for any questions we had. We would definitely recommend him to our friends and family!
