Great experience with Home Rate Mortgage, especially Ashley Brookman! I was a first time home buyer and she helped me every step of the way. Ashley was timely, responsive, polite, and professional. She even referred me to a great realtor who found the house I wanted. I’m very happy with my experience!

To say that Scott, Jeanette and the team are amazing would be selling them short!! They were perfect to work with and answered any questions I had along the way. The fact they are helping me save $400/month makes it even better!! I can't thank you all, and HomeRate Mortgage, as a whole, enough! Transparency, ease, professionalism, and care from minute one!

Decided to do a refinance of my home so that i could pay off some debt. Happy to say that I got paired with the best of the best. Gloria Berroa and Jeanette Jolly could not have been more helpful, patient and knowledgeable. No matter what I needed it or when I needed it they were very responsive. My closing was seamless and quick all thanks to their hard work. I would recommend this company and this team to any and everyone!

Our experience with refinancing our home was a bit scary at first, the thought of it anyway, but it turned out to be definitely everything we hoped for. Our broker, Brent Rainey was amazing. He was very polite and caring. Always staying in communication with us on how things were going. Even when we ran into a snag, he was right there talking us through what to do next! We definitely suggest using Brent to anyone who may want to refinance! We are so excited to now be able to do the much needed updates to our home!😊

Wow!! What a pleasure to work with Brent Rainey and Jessica Bellamy on the purchase of our new home! They went above and beyond to make our dreams come true. I cannot say enough good things about the entire process. From my first initial inquiry being responded to immediately, and the hustle it took to get us to closing! Brent and Jessica are truly a dream team! We will never use another lending company!
