Not professional. Don’t honor their purchase agreement or their offer. They make up phony issues on the property without testing any system and then want to renegotiate the deal on “could be”. Do what you want, but I dumped their deal. Stay clear. I have been doing real estate deals in Las Vegas and was a licensed Realtor for over 30 years.

Cam and Greg on Alex’s team were life savers! I live in California and owned a house in Vegas and had it rented out, but under some unfortunate circumstances I needed to sell my Vegas house as soon as possible. Cam was my service agent and worked with me on a price we were both happy with. He made it so easy to get everything settled without me having to go to Vegas, and did it within a week! Greg was able to get me paid quickly and helped me handle the tenants. Both were really responsive and professional the whole way through.
