This place is so clean. Im here with my mom and she loves it. We feel safe being two females on the road and sleeping in a hotel. Brittney at the front desk was awesome! And they accept military discounts. Will stay again if we have to come back to Chattanooga.

Place was ok, decent and clean. Staff is friendly! I took off one star because I expected a pool and i was informed at the front desk that its been closed for 3 months! And there was no salt for my toast 😊 but decent waffles, good coffee and hot chocolate , and fresh fruits for breakfast!

Looked at a room before booking. So glad we did. This hotel is a nightmare. Not clean, light bulbs out, very sketchy. Like something out of a horror film. According to a hotel down the street, this hotel has lots of issues with chrime. Wouldn't stay if my life depended on it. Rather sleep in my car.

The hotel staff were nice, the room we stayed in was clean and good size. We got the jacuzzi room. It smelled musty when we walked into the room but that was fixed by turning the ac on. The location is not in a good area. I would not stay here again. Sometime in the middle of the night someone threw a brick through my window and stole all the spare change I had in my ashtray and stole a pair of $100 Nike air max shoes. The police officer who wrote the report up said that was very common in this area because there is a homeless shelter not far from this hotel. Like I said the room was good for the price but if we go back to Chattanooga we will definitely stay in a better location.

I'm on a bit of a Red Roof tour with my dog, travelling 2400+ miles for the solar eclipse. This location was BY FAR the best "budget" hotel I've ever seen. Big, beautiful room, clean as could be, lovely pool, excellent mattresses/pillows/linens, and more. This place rivals some of the posh places I have stayed in over the years. Further, the staff was fabulous; clearly they are aware of the quality of their hotel and strive to maintain a level of service that also exceeds expectation.
Fairly large grassy area for dog's potty stops.

1st room was 89 degrees and tools sitting around in the room and not cleaned. 2nd room was smelly. molding in bathroom held up with scotch tape. Bathroom floor was wood with no sealant and had water? On floor in front of toilet. Hairs on pillow in the bed. In morning breakfast area milk all over counters essentials needed to do waffles etc not there. Tables covered with syrup etc. But the staff was very nice. Overrated and over priced room for what we got.

The hotel room smelled like mildew and we ended up leaving. however, the staff was extremely extremely friendly and nice and professional. Giving it 3 stars just for the hospitality of the staff.

Room was clean and comfortable but a little dated. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Location seems to be right on the edge of a sketchy part of town, but I had no problems during my stay. The continental breakfast was basic and not very good.

Most of the things at this hotel we're pleasant. Rooms were clean, a/c worked, staff were friendly. Appreciated having a fridge in a basic room. There was a fair amount of noise, including a bottle thrown against our window and people in the hall around 4 AM.

I would definitely not stay at this hotel again.it started out with the strong aroma of pot in the elevator, moved on to the tv remote that didn't work, and seemed to cap off with blood on the toilet seat.
Far from my best experience staying at a hotel of any kind. I certainly do not recommend this particular hotel. Run far, and run fast.response / report this review -

Staying here was wife's fault. Fighting going on. Cops showed up and lazy security guard knew nothing about it. Didn't feel safe. People outside begging for money. Room was nice. Bathroom a different story, but I guess you get what you pay for. Desk clerks was great but that was it.
