I've been coming up from Wheeling for long time to watch anime movies here. The staff are always wonderful, and the theater is very well kept and has a ton of history.

Doing the Harry Potter event. There are a lot of people crammed into a small space and it took 35 minutes past opening to get in. Food options were not great. Vendors were all cool and staff was trying.

Great small town cinema! Enjoy old classic films as well as some current ones. They filmed some of Perks of Being a Wallflower here and the Rocky Horror Picture Show nights are a must see experience!

Quaint old theater. Shows new and old movies. Great seeing some of the old movies brought back to the big screen. Not just movies but EVENTS! Ladies night with vendors and snacks. People working at the theater care about the theater and the patrons.

The Hollywood Theatre is a local, non-profit, single screen theatre. It is awesome! They play indie flicks & more, and it is also BYOB (with a dollar charge per adult beverage brought in). Excellent place.

Fun movie venue with many special events and films you might not be able to see anywhere else in the area. They do a Rocky Horror Picture showing - with your typical audience participation - usually twice a month on Saturday nights. The Professor and I had a ton of fun recently when they hosted two nights of "The Mads" - a traveling duo who perform Mystery Science Theater 3000-style running commentary during really awful movies. The theater is community-supported and has been undergoing a gradual rehab for several years and they are still working on it. No stadium seating but the balcony seating is usually open. Go early if you think the show will be well-attended, to make sure you can find parking nearby (they do not have any dedicated parking for the theater).

This is an amazingly quaint and historic theatre! The staff is super pleasant and the prices are wonderful. You must check out this little gem in Dormont!!!

It's a great theater. I really enjoy the small size and one screen. Being in the middle of the Dormont business district is nice because you can go out to dinner and then watch a movie there. Great way to do a date night.
