horrible got there and ice bucket had old water in it never changed half way thru sleeping husband found dirty underwear in between sheets when he went to go check out older guy at counter just said room number and then gave him a sheet and walked away never asked how it was and if there was anything wrong never gave him the chance to say anything and we had to go because of a appoinment then when called in today was told there is nothing they can do because he didnt say anything even though he wasnt given the chance to say anything this place doesnt care about anything dont stay there

My initial review after leaving was a very good one. We stayed here for a weekend while my daughter had regional color guard competitions. Upon checking out on Sunday March 4th we went to her competition and realized she left her color guard shirt there. It had gotten wet and she put it on the floor behind the bathroom door. I called within an hour and made the front desk aware. They told me to leave a message for housekeeping so I did. I told them I would pay to have it sent back to me because I live 4 hours away. This was sunday. I received no phone call back. I called again Monday and left yet anotheressage. No call back. Called again Tuesday morning left another message. Heard nothing by 12pm. So I called the front desk and asked them how long it takes to get a call back from housekeeping. She said she would talk to housekeeping and call be back by end of the day. She just called me and said no shirt was found. I told her that was impossible as we went to the competition and went to get the shirt and we were told it had gotten wet and was behind the bathroom door (not to mention I went through all our stuff to wash it once we were home and no shirt) I proceeded to tell her they must have thrown it away and she insists that they bag everything they find. This is not true as I worked in a hotel years ago and they do not bag everything. Because if they did her shirt would be there. This is ridiculous. Especially since I called within an hour of leaving the hotel. And we left before check out time so I'm sure they had not even cleaned the room at that point. Don't think I will be recommending this hotel to others or staying there myself again. Glad it was only a 20 dollar shirt (that I have no way of getting her another one) than my cell phone or ipad or something of more monetary value.

Stayed last night while we were in for a ball tournament. My kids loved the pool. The pool area definitely needs some renovations though. Stephanie the front desk CSA and the 2 ladies working the breakfast area were very friendly and helpful. I agree with others, the bathrooms are quite small but they serve their purpose. Everything in the room worked right.

Clean , comfy bed and nice staff . I thought 2 miller beers with 2 shots of tequila was expensive at $19 so we left after finishing those . I thought the breakfast options were lacking so I had a coffee and checked out . It was fine for a short stay for work . Paid $90 , I'll stop being a cheap ass and fork out a lil extra cash in the future :) Embassy Suites has a banging buffet breakfast and open bar 5-7pm .

The restaurant services was poor.. they had reservations for another group and did not inform us of this instead, they moved all the chairs and tables from around us We ordered food about 1/2 hr prior and food wasn't ready, but they were steady bringing food out for the group guests. They treated us like we weren't there and the crab cake sucked. It was bland, no taste at all and very small Baltimore would put them to shame

Their lack of preparation caused so many issues and stress through the night. They were way understaffed, dinner wasn't ready and took two hours for them to serve and cleanup, they had a leaking tank at the bar that caused a squelching sound that they didn't fix til I went looking for help myself, they "ran out of beer" yet still had yeungling on tap at the bar to charge us for after, and they stuck our leftovers with the presents instead of refrigerating. Overall it was terribly frustrating. The night wasn't ruined only because of our fantastic and patient friends and family and awesome DJ, but Comfort Inn did nothing to make it go smoothly. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Very accommodating, my dog was allowed to stay in our room with us for an additional $15 per night. Hotel is kind of old but they have remodeled the rooms, rooms were clean. There were some shady happenings, such as the smell of marijuana through the hotel but other than that I can’t really complain. Complementary breakfast that was actually edible was a big plus!

My stay at this Comfort Inn wasn't as pleasent as the other ones I've been too. Need to be updated. Had to switch rooms because of a plumming problem. Rooms weren't very clean, good for over night. Not for a weekend.

Used to be a Nice motel. We have stayed there before and was always good, this last time sucked. The shower was horrible and when I tried to tell the desk clerk upon check out she laughed at me and just said oh it needs to just build pressure. Doubt ill be back. What a shame. Also the set up is insane so many people were lost in the halls

Robert checked us in. He is an awesome person. This place inside.and outside is very clean..did I tell you very clean? Food is awesome. Easy to get to airport, town, shopping or just rest in the giant, wonderful, fun jacuzzi. Make a cup of coffee, get ya a cold bottle of water out of the frige. Warm up the left overs. You stay here, you'll go back. Did I tell you, About Robert? Oh, yes, I did. Ooh did I tell you think is a very clean place to stay? Oh. I did? Go hang out for a night..you'll love it

It's either racism, poor customer service, or both. I called Saturdays stated my name Debby answers and says they don't have any available rooms then hangs up on me.very rudely. I checked the website and of course there was a room available. I booked the king size room for me and 3 three little girls. They stated that it was too many people for the room. So they tried to turn me away for the second time. I reminded them about the rollout beds they offer on the website.the front desk worker stated the room was to small for a rollout bed.however it's clearly an option on the website. So finally I get the keys of course we head to the pool.the hotel was full of girls from a softball team those girls were all white and came and went as the pleased. As soon as my girls got in the pool Melissa from the front desk came to do a black girl head count. I requested a manager and he stated that there protocol since a girl drowned at another hotel. My issue was the softball girls were never counted and there parents weren't disturbed. I wanted to write a a review on the choice hotel website but conveniently my confirmation number couldn't be identified. It's such a sad day when you have to explain to your children that sterotyping is a form of racism. I pay taxes in this country where I'm a law abiding citizen and to be treated as if I was 1/4 of a man was disturbing disgraceful and a damn shame. Never will I ever spend my green money where my black skin is not welcomed.

We have stayed at this hotel on two different occasions in Oct and on Dec.25th Christmas Day we stay at this hotel because its wonderful and its not far from Heinz Field. The rooms were clean and we love the pool and the hot tub and breakfast is wonderful. The staff are polite and wonderful people they helped us with directions and helped finding restaurants to eat at. I want to thank Stephanie and Melissa for being so polite and helping us if we needed anything. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone its a wonderful place for relaxation and very affordable. In the future when we visit Pa to see family or to go to a Steelers game this hotel is where I'm staying. Thanks Comfort Inn for making our stay wonderful look forward too staying at your hotel in the future.

The worst hotel ever! Beds are dirty and showers have mold. Morning breakfast is disgusting no other word but that. As much as they are charging for these rooms per night they need to put it into upgrading the hotel. It's just a freakin mess

One of the worst hotels ever, people in the hallways drunk, screaming and running up and down. Called for a roll away bed, was told they'd call us back and never did, found a room full of them the next morning on our floor, called for towels had to go get them ourselves.

Woman was cleaning the pool as my family was swimming in it!!! Waitresses at breakfast were rude

For a lower priced pet friendly hotel it suited us just fine. The indoor pool/ hot tub area was great .the restaurant / Bar was spotless with good food served in generous amts. Beds comfy , linens plentiful.Free breakfast with hot cakes/ waffles scrambled eggs sausage as well as the standard fare.huge outdoor grassy as well as patio sitting. areas for sitting and walking ,everyone has a deck or patio. Well worth the price. Nearby a brand new mall and the Med center . What you can't put a price on THE STAFF. Fantastic friendly and helpful. Sure the place is old and currently being renovated, but here you get more than you paid for.

My husband, friends, family, and I had a wonderful experience this past Saturday at the Comfort Inn Conference Center. The front desk staff was very helpful in making sure our accommodations were on point.The entire staff (under Ms. Cheryl wonderful leadership) were professional and very helpful. We certainly will recommend the Comfort Inn to our family and friends.

We came into town for a Steeler game. We chose this hotel because it claimed to be in Pittsburgh. A 20 minute ride to town was not what we anticipated. The hotel claims to be renovated. Wall paper coming off the walls in the hallway, stained carpet, visible signs of water damage on the ceiling of our room and the bathroom had mold, mildew and dirt! The breakfast was awful. The staff was friendly enough but not worth wasting your money at this hotel. There are so many nice hotels in Monroeville (3 miles up the road) that considering how far away this hotel was we will be go 5 minutes further for a good hotel!

Part of Jenkins Family Reunion and this was THE WORST EVER! Our family had been coming here for 30yrs but Never again! Rooms not ready, reservation mixups! Broken showers, dirty beds! Pre-assigned rooms, and wouldn't even change them for people with difficulties. NOT renovated, more like slapping lipstick on a pig! While most of the staff were polite, I personally felt, upon checking in, my concerns were disregarded and should have been handled much more politely! It is my hope that Cheryl continue her work with this company and continue working with the Jenkins Family Reunion. Any comments made in this review are mine and mine alone and do not reflect on any other family members!

Staff was amazing, rooms were clean and well kept. The hallways need some upkeep - but we were just looking for a place to put our heads down . There was a function letting out as we were checking in and several people stopped at the desk to thank them for the hospitality. I would definitely stay here again!
