    Bed bugs !!

There was bedbugs!!! The manager denied it!! He Went to my room and he saw the bedbug and kill it the blood was on the sheet !! And he said “ that’s not a bedbug” it was !!! I took pictures and video . Then the stupid manager threatened my little sister in law, because she was recording everything!! He didn’t refund my money ! He refused to it ! I left the hotel , and I stayed in other one.. I wasted my money and time ! The police didn’t help at all ! My advice.. do not stay at Hollywood guest inn. Dirty place !!! Also they charge $14 parking per day ! And $8 for 24 hrs WiFi access. The worst hotel ever !

Old rooms, but good space and bathroom. Very good located. Nice zone in Hollywood. The people at the front desk aren't really friendly. IF YOU GO WITH CAR THEY ASK FOR 20 USD per Night for the parking! Not included on the room rate. :/

Was originally priced as 75$ a night and was surprised with a 14% fee on top of the price for the night. On top of a 40$ deposit, 20$ for parking and they want to charge for Wi-Fi on top of everything else. Ended up spending 120$. Ridiculous. I could have just gotten an actual hotel room for these prices and enjoyed my stay. Don't bother with this place. It's a total rip off.

A good option if you don't really need a lot amenities. It looks like a motel but on the inside, the rooms are clean and well distributed, bring your own lotion/shampoo/conditioner if you don't like to use the cheap ones. The decoration of the room might not the best, but the beds are clean and comfy. The staff is very nice and ready to help you with your needs.

Terrible, Rip Off, They won't even let you Cancell or give you your money back!!! We wanted our money back so find a better hotel but this is what we get from the manger "1 Day Discount" like we wanna leave this ugly, disgusting, hotel. Supper hot and the manger supper rude to us. This was the most dumbest hotel I have ever been to honestly.

The room was decent. However, the beds were hard and the outlets were located in extremely strange places. Wifi costs $8/day/device. The hotel provided shower gel and shampoo, but if you want conditioner or hand soap you better bring it yourself. Also it was noisy at night so we couldn't sleep. MOST IMPORTANTLY, DON'T LEAVE ANY VALUABLES IN YOUR ROOM!!! When we checked out, I overheard another customer complaining about something being stolen from her room and so I checked my stuff. I found that $50 had been stolen from my purse and some things had been moved around. I accidentally left my purse in the room on one of the days but I thought it would be ok as I had placed it COMPLETELY UNDER my bag (it was not visible). Overall, I would recommend trying to find somewhere else to stay.

One of the last "down to earth motels left". Was turned down by 4 different ones in HWOOD, This one was nice enough to let me stay.

Room was nice. Big bed, TV/Cable (note: it's $6 dollars more for the wifi password),Mini Fridge and most importantly it was CLEAN!! I would go back.😀👏

    BED BUGS!!!!
Price is not worth, better find a hotel with the similar price. The location is ok but the service sucks, lots of extra fee (internet $8/ device, parking $15/day) Room has bed bugs and staff doesn't care about it so help yourself and don't stay at this location!

Cheap place , cheap everything, I asked for a non smoking room and a queen bed and ended up getting a smelly cigarette room with two twin beds, and the man was not going to change my room!!! Horrible experience, never ever will I ever go back!

Good location and free but very uncomfortable parking at the back. That's it. Do not expect nothing more. Ugly room, dust here and there. Wi-fi 6$ per day/per 1 device.
Needs to be upgraded. Rude stuff.

Location is so-so if you don't have a car, not too bad if you do. Sub-terrain parking, do don't let the cramped street level parking fool you, which means it's also secure! There is a lot of activity after dark, so security is very important! Check-in is really quick and the staff is very accommodating; The rooms are really cute, well furnished and clean. Heating and air work well and the have handicapped accessible facilities. I'll happily stay here again and recommend booking a room if you get one available.
