Very poorly kept hotel. Rooms smelt like wet dogs. Grab and go selection of breakfast very poor. No coffee or any cups or drinking water in the room. Extremely minimalist service

Comfy room. Nice staff. Quiet environment and overall cozyness. I wish they had actual breakfast food rather than granola bars and coffee, but then again, if you have your own stove in your room, you'd be more inclined to getting your own groceries.

Good place to stay, Clean and cool. Stay behaves very good.
Things may be improved:
1) Very old Air conditioner.(sometimes not working!!)
2) No nice Television channel(Getting bored)
3) Breakfast (seriously needs to consider, Tea and bars is not really matching the need.)
4) Some fun for Kids.

Staying here for months because of work. Most of the staff is awesome, especially Carmen and Wendy. They make the stay here better. The rates aren't great but this is L.A. everything is unreasonably expensive. The rooms are ok. They are fixing this place up. The elevators are horrible. One or the other has been broken for months. Had to move to first floor because of them and there's no king beds on first floor. Not the most comfortable mattresses but not the worst either.

If you need a hotel that has a kitchen then this place is okay but don't expect much more. No housekeeping service or anything Bare bones describes it pretty well

If I could give it NO stars l would!!! This place is completely horrible! It's dirty, there are problems from A to Z and when you bring them to the staff's attention all they can say is I'm sorry and the maintenance guy is gone but they put a call in but no one ever shows up. They took the smoke alarm about a month ago and never brought it back so God help me if there's a fire. It's not safe and secure so be very aware of the sketchy people that hang around and inside. This place is more like a seedy motel than a hotel. I will never and I do mean NEVER stay in this dump again.

This is a very "humble" hotel to put it kindly. This is best for people seeking accommodation on a very tight budget. The staff are friendly but appear to extremely over- worked and therefore not always the most hospitable or helpful. There was no one at the front desk for at least half an hour at one point. And one lady at the front desk was openly complaining about not being able to take her break because she was too busy. All in all the room was average at best but good for the price I guess. I would recommend it for anyone needing cheap accommodation and are pretty self sufficient and not expecting much service from the staff.
