Rooms look a bit outdated (especially the small bathroom). Great front desk staff though. Also, plenty of street parking outside.

Wasn't too impressed with this Hilton. At their price point it looked quite old and outdated. Felt like I stepped back in time. Seriously extended stay looks way better. The food served in their restaurant wasn't that great either. Came for breakfast and was served undercooked hashbrowns and eggs. They seriously need to update their place our drop their prices.

Decent hotel. Clean room. Clean towels and sheets. Didn't get in the pool but hot tub was nice. Our room was right across from an ice machine that didn't work, hence the 4 stars.

The hotel it's self was very nice very clean very friendly staff. Our coffee pot didn't work on the left side. & it was difficult to get more coffee. Other than that I really enjoyed my stay. Also great location in Culver City. Oh having no parking is very difficult. We had to walk several blocks 3ach time we needed to park.

Older hotel needs updating. The entire stay the elevator call button was broken so depending on staffing they would have to run 1 or if you were lucky 2 of the 3 elevators. Every time you needed the elevator you would have to call the front desk and one of the staff would run the elevator up to your floor. Listening to the staff sounds like it happens often they definitely need new elevators.

The Staff was excellent. The room was nice however the hotel feels tired. The shower/bathtub has chipped coating, the door to the hallway was difficult to open and stuck upon closing and had to be forced shut. The toilet was not properly cleaned and house keeping had to come and clean or newly. The bed was sufficient but quite bouncy and I could hear the neighbors taking. The property and room deserve a 3 star but the staff made the experience deserve the 4th star.

Check-in was not smooth, arrived 45 minutes after check in time to be told that a room was not available, and I was given vague reasons why, until I got it out of them that for some reason my reservation was for a handicap accessible room, something I did not request. The room was pleasant enough, though the beds were smaller than queen. There was a fair amount of noise from other guests late at night. I was expecting a little more from a DoubleTree. I will probably go to the nearby Courtyard or Four Points next time

So perfect for so many reasons. Wonderful service and staff. Food is amazing. Rooms are quiet. Location is excellent. Price is fair. Exercise room. Good for a long term stay in LA.

They had very friendly staff. Danielle checked me in and she was wonderful. She recommended different places to eat around the hotel. The bartenders took good care of me too. They have a nice pool and Jacuzzi area. The grounds look good. The only bad part was the $24 parking fee and the small bathroom size, but I would definitely stay here again.

It seems like a very nice hotel. I went to an event. The parking was convenient and not that expensive sand the food was good. I did not see any rooms, but it looked pretty full.

Love the fast service provided to get me checked into the hotel. Always have the answer to any questions I may have. Other than paying for parking, everything about this hotel is great. Beds are comfortable. Never have I encountered issues with bathrooms. And the cookies are always fresh over the counter.

Overall a great stay at the DoubleTree. There was a mix up when we checked in and our room wasn't ready yet, but the desk associate and manager were quick to find a solution and make it right. The restaurant and bar area are nice and open, good places to hang out. Rooms are definitely up to the DoubleTree standard, the beds are incredibly comfortable. I'd recommend!

The front desk can be really rude and aggressive. The house restaurant staff can be nice and the food can be good Just wish i would've saw that huge live roach that i recorded a video of in the hallway before i ate or stayed there. It was chihuahua size.

Comfortable clean rooms with average amenities. The staff seems helpful. The location is convenient to local shopping and and restaurants. The water in the pool is warm and the fitness area is modern and quiet!
