Friendly staff. BUT! Mold and cracks on bathroom walls. The walls are paper thin. You can hear everything. Would not recommend to anyone.

Hell's Gateway. The other reviewers were not lying. We were dead tired after driving all day & night. Luckily we made it out of Hell's Gateway. Had to have a place to grab a few winks before work. Others said toilet wouldn't flush. Of course it didn't. A lot of the issues are easy fixes. They just need to put some money into the place & a ton of elbow grease. Maybe try to attract a better quality of people. The lady in office was very nice.

AC works great. They keep it set at 60 so you'll enjoy cool sleep in the hot summer. Doors slam a little but otherwise quiet. My toilet worked poorly. Staff was nice. Prices were a little high for what you get. My TV batteries were almost dead. The digital wall clock alarm was dead. They did have Direct TV with Cinemax. My 3 stars were for staff, TV shows & AC. Deductions for toilet pressure, lack of plugs nearby for electronics & above negative remarks. Overall I would stay again though.

The pool was really nice. Need a a little more light maybe. Too dark out there. I'll be back. Reasonable cost. Friendly staff. Good coffee and bagels and cereal. Thanks

Our Apartment in Hollywood had toxic mold, Operation Scared Trust put my fsmily up here. The staff were polite and professional always. The rooms were what to expect being a hotel and building old; I.e. termites, moldy and marijuana smell. The pool & morning breakfast was was clean. The 3 stars is really for the service only. If the owner addressed the investigation issues and screened the guest better; i.e. prostitutes & drug users, this place would be worth the $80 a night to stay.

Decent prices beautiful pool centrally located right off I-95 has a great seafood restaurant in the parking lot open lunch and dinner IHOP right around the corner for breakfast

This place is very old & outdated, but clean. The cleaning staff does a great job cleaning the rooms. The staff is super friendly & helpful. All the amenities are included with the price, don't have to pay extra (depending on the type of room). Its also close to 95, restaurants, & staff. If your budget is tight, stay here.

While the establishment resides within an ancient building, it has been updated, and most rooms are pretty decent. Free parking, convenient and close to everything you need and plenty of hot coffee and donuts in the morning!
