Nice selection of complimentary breakfast. They allow pets which is quite convenient. The rooms are nice and clean.

Good if you are planning to stay for 1-2 days. No breakfast, a big minus. Front desk people were kind and pleasant. Has good shopping center around it.

It's great to be able to leave the car and just walk across the street to many different shops and even a movie theater. The deluxe room is wonderful. The separate living room adds so much space in comparison to the standard room.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the beds were comfortable. There are complete kitchens in the rooms. Pots, dishes, an iron, etc are available for use. The office will provide many different supplies on request. There is a simple breakfast you can take to your room. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness for an extended-stay hotel. It is not luxurious but it is a safe, decent place to stay on a budget.

Evacuated from Florida's west coast after Hurricane Irma. This motel was most accommodating. We kept our two beloved cats with us with no problem. Lena, on front desk duty from 3:00 to 11:00 was very helpful. She recommended a wonderful restaurant to us, showed it to us, and it was within walking distance. I would gladly stay there again.

Had not seen the love of my life for 10 days due to him working hurricane relief. so i came down to visit for an evening and could not stay more than a few hours because I felt like I was literally getting sick from the horrid smells of cat and dog urine. the carpet needs to be pulled up the vinyl flooring as well as it has also been urinated on repeatidly there are German cockroaches crawling around and I have pictures
it's disgusting
And how anyone could be expected to live there a day much less an Extended Stay is absolutely beyond my scope of thinking or reasoning :(response / report this review -

It is what it is. Practical. Functional. Comfortable. Near malls. Near Dolphins training camp. For the price it would be nice to have coffee available.

Stayed for 6 weeks while working in area. Room 131. Ac wasn't working till I reset it. They charge 10 dollars a day for cleaning then don't clean every day. Internet is slow unless you pay for upgrade. Tv reception sucks or doesn't work when raining. Prostitute living at hotel. I'm certain I saw her walking the streets in the area many times wearing revealing clothes. Close to shopping and food, but bad choice at the price. La quinta up the rd about 100 yards was equally priced and a better choice after I moved.

Construction workers live in this hotel and smoke in their rooms. We booked a smoke free room for one night and couldn't stand the smell and of course they were "booked" and couldn't switch us to another room/floor and wouldn't give us a refund because the manager was not in. On top the smoke, the halls smelled like weed, the rug was disgusting and the sheets didn't look fresh. So pretty much a nightmare situation.

The location was great, away from the busy road yet close to restaurants and shops. The bed was a bit firm for me but the room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The grab and go breakfast is just that, grab a muffin and a breakfast bar, a cup of coffee or hot cocoaand go. Staff was friendly and seemed to really care that our stay was enjoyable.
