Researched all five area Honda dealerships for the purchase of a new car - requesting internet quotes from all five to begin. It’s amazing how different each dealership approaches a new car sale and/or trade. Roush Honda was easily the worst price on purchase and trade. The other dealers were at least in the ball park of one another. Roush Honda was $2k higher on the purchase and offered $2k lower on trade — and the manager was sort of rude. Anyone looking for a new Honda should definitely shop around. Roush easily earned a 1 Star with this customer experience.
Only been in twice for service, but I'm already a fan. Their customer service is excellent and they do good work in a reasonable amount of time. The waiting area is also nice. When we were there shopping for a new car, we liked dealing with their salesperson better than some people at other places--probably why we ended up with a Honda!
We were looking for a family van and I found great deal at this dealership. Sales rep Ray More was assisting us, we wanted to make a down payment to reserve the vehicle but Ray said he already reserved it for us. They said i was not approved due to low income so we added both of my husbands parents and they have above 700 credit score but they kept saying low income and they were not approved either. The next day they were closed for Thanksgiving Thursday, so we called Friday the very next day and we wanted to try on or sister who has good income and good credit score but Ray said that since we were not approved he had to release the hold on the van and it was sold the same day on Wednesday. we were so shocked that they would actually do that take it off the reservation without telling you and sell it to someone else while you were working on getting working on approval, my husband called their sales manager Jeff and explain to him what happened and all Jeff said “ I don’t know what happened but I can let you know if we have another vehicle like that”. What kind of manager are you if you don’t even know what is going on in your dealership? They have no integrity whatsoever they are chasing only big bucks to make it big and quick!!! I would give this dealership -5 stars.
Top notch, friendly service! We worked with Ray Moore and he was professional and pleasant. The entire team at Roush was so easy to work with. All questions and concerns were answered during the process and we walked away with a great car and a positive experience. If you are looking for a used Honda, visit Roush and ask for Ray!
We are extremely pleased with the five-star care shown us by Jan Wilkins and others at Roush Honda. She was so easy to work with, pleasantly taking us through the full cycle of purchasing our very first Honda. Jan was with us throughout the entire two weeks conscientiously answering our questions, resolving our concerns, and walking us through a complete orientation of driving and caring for our new purchase. Finally, there's that special treat--popcorn--she provided the day of closing. Thanks Jan.
Really have nothing to complain about with anything when I bought my most recent car here. I got put in a rough spot in having to find a new car on short notice due to an accident and they did a great job of getting me what I wanted for the best deal they could offer, even though some of them had to stay a little late to do so. Great service so far an I definitely plan to go to them for all my future car service needs.
This is my second car purchase at Roush Honda and I would recommend the experience to anyone! Richard Miller went above and beyond to help find the right vehicle for my needs and he made the buying process very easy. Steve Kantor made the financial process very smooth and easy to understand. He also helped me to understand the benefit of a pre-paid maintenance package! Thanks to both.
Roush Honda is a staffed with people who care about their clients and the atmosphere is relaxed and "non-pushy". They let you take your time to decide, but they are a fountain of information if you have questions. I would purchase there again.
Very disappointed in our 2008 Honda Odyssey. High pressure sale and the salesman was hot headed. The sliding door on the van had an issue. Rather than fixing it that day they would only give us a 90 day warranty. While “thoughtful”,me, my pregnant wife and toddler live almost 4 hours away. So when the door stopped working we had to drive almost 8 hours to fix it. From the day we bought it there was an issue with the suspension. They sold it knowing the suspension was twice the recommended useful life. There is a loud rattle and they refused to address the issue. The issue didn’t present during the test drive (of course)but as soon as I took it off the lot it was there and very annoying. When we took it in to get the door fixed I asked that they also look at the suspension to see if we could come to a reasonable agreement. I was even willing to pay for part of it or perhaps at cost given the situation. We waited and they decided that they didn’t have time to fully assess that issue (even though I told them we needed a slot adequate enough to look at both issues since we were driving from such a far distance). They suggested we come back in a few days which clearly wasn’t an option. So after that I took the van to a regional repair center in Lexington, KY. They diagnosed the problem in about 10 minutes after Roush through their hands up and said they would need more time. They go on and on about how good their vans are and on and on about how solid their assessments areclearly they are off on both. They clearly missed this and refuse to do the right thing and I will be out about $1,000 to fix this issue. Them not doing this at their cost of possibly $500-$700 will cost them $1,000’s in future margins. I may never buy another Honda again and sure as I’m sitting here I’ll never buy one from Roush. I’ll also be passing that info on to family that lives in the area. That’s that.
On Thursday my husband and I bought our 3rd car from Roush Honda, Mike Brady has sold us our vehicles all three times and we cannot say enough about him, he has been patient and honest with us and made sure we knew all of our options, sold us great cars and gave us excellent service every time.Tim Senek in finance got us approved and gave us the best possible deal every time as well, he made everything convenient and easy for us, no one tried to oversell us they simply gave us our options, made sure we were fully informed tin order make the choice that was best for us and our family. We will never buy a car from anyone else or from a different dealership! Prior to buying my Honda Accord I had never driven a Honda before but I am definitely sold!I love my new Pilot! Thank you Mike, and the entire Honda team!
Sincerely,
Tim and Jessica Booth
Josie was awesome! She was so nice, and understood what I was looking for. Never felt pressured, which was great! She explained and also showed me how to use all the amazing features of my new Honda!!
I had a wonderful experience at Roush Honda. Lee Cohen was amazing, thoughtful, and very professional. Casey was also great in brokering a deal that I though was amazing.
Thank you Lee and Casey!
This is why I will always come back to Roush Honda!

I wish I could give this 0 stars but I unfortunately I can't. I took my car in yesterday because I needed an oil change and in addition, my car was having trouble starting intermittently. When I took it in, the process was quite simple and everything went smoothly - I dropped off my car. A little after 4 p.m.I got a call with what was wrong with my car - I needed a new starter among some other things. Never was it stated in this voicemail that my car had died or that they couldn't complete the service. I couldn't afford a new starter so I went to the dealership to pick up my car. When I arrived, I was greeted by a service advisor who stated that they couldn't complete the service on my car because my starter had died. IN order to complete the service on my car, they needed to be able to to be able to get the car started. He gave me the prices for the new starter and I told them I would discuss it with my husband and get back to him. This morning, I decided that I couldn't afford the starter and the other things they wanted to do so I would take it else where. I called them and spoke to another service advisor and asked them if there was some way they could just start it and finish the service so that I could pick it up. He told me he would look into it and call me back. Within a few minutes, he called me back and said they were done and I could come pick it up. Then I get a voicemail from them a little later saying that they put the coolant in but they weren't able to start the car. So if I drive it away, there is a chance that the engine may overheat but I can come pick up the car when I'm ready. I went to the dealership today and spoke with yet another service advisor who said that he would get my original service advisor, David to come and speak with me. David didn't even have the courtesy to come speak with me about what was going on and sent the other service advisor back out. All he could say was that since I was going to tow it, I didn't have to worry about it overheating. I just had to have the next mechanic bleed the coolant. He took off 10% off my bill to pacify me but it is not about the money, it is about the principle. They knew that I wasn't going to get the starter from them so they put in the coolant, even though they knew that without starting it, it could lead to my engine overheating. I had asked them to tow the car last night, if the next mechanic was just going to have to drain the coolant, why did they even complete the service? I'm guessing just so that they could charge me. In addition, they were dishonest. It was just about the money. The attitude and concern they greeted me with when I first when to schedule my appointment, is not the same attitude they treated me with when this issue came up. Needless to say, I won't be using them again. Terrible customer service.
I worked with two salesmen Cameron B who sold me an excellent new CR-V, and Richard M, To echo other reviews these men are top notch professionals that strive to make the car buying smooth as possible, with excellent service and patience working to fill my needs in a car purchase. Roush Honda offers good pricing compared to many other dealers. I had little interfacing with the service department, just routine maintenance again the service technicians were caring and professional.
My First NEW car purchase after graduating college was a Honda and I’ve been a loyal Honda customer 25 years now. I am also a loyal “Roush Honda” customer. The Service department is a “Machine”, and their maintenance consultants and technicians know what customer service really is. I recently purchased two vehicles in the last 8 months (Civic & Accord) and my sales consultant Shawn Risner is not your typical car salesman, he makes you feel welcome and comfortable making big decisions and is someone I have great trust in. He’s like buying a New car from family or a Friend you’ve known forever. Look Shawn up at Roush Honda, you won’t be disappointed.
