Do not come to this clinic. They are always behind schedule anywhere from 15 minutes to over an hour. It just isn't worth going there anymore. I confronted the nurse about them always being so far behind and was told never to come back. Yes they "fired" me because I told them it was ridiculous they are always behind schedule and don't care. I guess we are just meant to wait all day in the lobby. Go somewhere else in Westerville there are plenty of other skin clinics.

This is the best place a person can go to have mohs surgery. They have the best sergeons and a very caring staff. I have been here a few times and my healing results have always been very positive. Dr Biernat has been my surgeon and his work is the best.

My particular physician, Dr Rupert, is very attentive and thorough, and always provides the time for a complete exam even if unexpected/unplanned time/procedures are required. She always makes you feel like the focus is on you versus being in a rush to get to her next patient. Dr Rupert's 'assistant' (Kelsey, I believe), is very informative and helpful as well. I've recommended Dr Rupert in the past and will continue to do so.

I was seen within 24 hours, treated with such respect and kindness and and not made to feel insignificant. Every single person, from the receptionist to the NP was excellent and professional. I have recommended you many times. Thank you so much for your excellent service.

I have seen NP Kelsie Hammond for my initial new patient visit and for my 6 month follow-up. She is knowledgeable, thorough, and allows me to be a part of my care. She spends time discussing her recommended treatment options and we decide what is best for me together. I have already recommended her to multiple friends. I am in the medical profession but have very limited understanding of dermatology. I appreciate when providers are approachable, easy to talk to, and able to explain rationalization for treatments. I have no unmet expectations because she is an excellent dermatology provider.

Excellent experience, as always! Staff is always nice and answers all questions. My appointment time was 9am. I was in the exam room by about 9:10 (which is actually later than normal). Dr. was in after about 5 minutes, gave me my exam (6 month check up) and I was back at the receptionist desk setting my next appointment by 9.35! I have NEVER seen a doctors office run so efficiently and on time. It is worth it for me to drive the 45 minutes to get there knowing I will be in and out in a timely manner. I have recommended them to anyone in need of this type of service, and will continue to do so! Only 5 stars, because I can't give them 10!
