The Service Dept. is great!! I always work with Jim but have worked with others, He is not high pressure about getting stuff done that might need done. He tells you what you car needs or what it is time to do with the mileage you have on your car. Then says contact me when you are ready. I always had a thought in my mind that every time I would take my car to a dealership for service within a month some else would go wrong SO I would have to take it back.. I DO NOT feel that way at LASH!!!

My husband and I bought a truck from out of state. We had it shipped to us via a private transport company. Once we took delivery of the truck, the truck had 1,289 more miles on it than the contract we signed. Upon notification to Lash, the General Sales Manager (GM) was very rude and at first blamed the transport company, then offering us $100, which to us took ownership of wrong doing. We declined stating that we wanted at least $600 due to the government per diem mileage reimbursement. We were laughed at and told by the GM that he would not give us that amount of money. My husband asked for a set of tow mirrors, we were declined. We asked for running boards, we were declined. The GM had called us back telling us that he would give us $200. We declined. Once we were able to speak to the Owner, Eric Lash, he refused to deal with the situation and put it back on the GM. This entire situation could have easily been resolved if the Lash Chevrolet would have owned up to the wrong doing and have dealt with it in a mature way. When we told the GM that we would report this situation to the BBB, Google Reviews, and the Attorney General's office, he said that he didn't care, "Go ahead and do it." This whole situation could have been avoided if the sales associate would have gotten off his lazy chair to go out and check the physical mileage on the truck when the purchase paperwork was being written up, or that Lash Chevrolet would not permit their employees to drive "for sale" vehicles as daily drivers to put on additional miles on vehicles that are to be purchased by "us" the consumer. We are disgusted on how we were treated when Lash Chevrolet was in breach of contract. I never suggest for anyone to do business with such a dishonest company. We are also in communication with Chevrolet Corporate to notify them of this disheartening situation.

Jason is the best!!!! I have purchased 2 vehicles from him in 45 days! He is so helpful and honest. I appreciate all that they have done for my family and I!!! Will recommend them to everyone!!!

We were interested in buying from this dealership, but never got a call back for a final trade-in value on our car (as we were told we would). They lost our business, however it worked out well for us because today we scored a much better version of the vehicle we wanted to buy from Lash for a much lower price from Coughlin instead. The staff at Coughlin were much friendlier too, so that was a bonus!! :)

I had been looking online at cars and found a 2013 Malibu at Lash for way under priced compared to my local dealers. I called and spoke with Jason concerning the vehicle and drove an hour to take s look. Car was as told and in great condition. Process went smoothly. Best of all Jason and others in the dealership support VETS!!! I will drive an hour to this location for any further deals. Thanks again! Carolyn.

Over the years, I've purchased many vehicles form other dealers. I'm used to having to haggle for hours and when asked questions about the vehicle that the salesperson cannot answer.
My experience at Lash Chevy was the complete opposite. They offered me a more than fair price for the car then added every incentive possible before evaluating my trade-in. The price for my trade was spot-on with kbb fair trade amount. The knowledgeable salesperson (Tyson) was able to answer every question that I put to him.
The relaxed atmosphere of the dealership is so much different than I'm used to. They even let me test drive overnight.
I have already recommended Lash Chevy to all my friends and coworkers!

Best dealership I've ever been to. Low pressure, nice, genuine sales staff that are there to help, not to make you buy. Impressive selection of new and used cars. Plus they're good to vets.
