I stayed at the Hollander Hotel, for four nights, during a business trip in December 2017. The customer service made my entire stay, from check in to check out, a pleasure.

The hotel has a boutique feel, with a lot of charm. The veranda was big and comfortable, and the restaurant, bar and bakery provided tasty food options.

The rooms were large and clean, the bed comfortable, and the kitchenette was a nice addition. The bathrooms are a bit small, but had everything I needed.

But the real highlight, and what makes this hotel so special, are the people. The cleaning crew, reception, bartender, waitstaff, counter staff in the bakery - all were friendly and helpful - in what felt like a very warm, genuine, and caring way.

I look forward to staying at the Hollander Hotel again!

Great hotel! Nice restaurant, good food and drinks.
The breakfast was really good to.
The pool area with an outdoor bar was worth visiting!
And the staff did help us with everything we asked for.

I love this little boutique hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. The bar is a wonderful area to decompress after a day. The pool area is super fun and they even have yoga there on Saturdays!

This place was everything we could ask for. Perfect weekend getaway. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Brunch buffet is amazing. You really don't need to leave the hotel but if you do, everything is just minutes away. Will definitely be back again. Favorite hotel experience ever.

This is a unique, quaint, old fashioned boutique hotel centrally located in the downtown area. Lots of free parking available.

Every staff member was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The ambiance of the lobby, pool area, & huge front porches were wonderful.
So nice to be able to have drinks or food poolside or on the front porch if you want to be outdoors.

Food was consistently good & reasonable.

The bathroom is tiny but the room was spotless & comfortable.

Only complaint is that all 6 bed pillows we're ALL hard. Need some softies mixed in.

Its not beach or waterfront, but waterfront area is just 4 blocks away as well as a slew if great restaurants. Loved 400 Beach Seafood & Tap- excellent!! As well as Bella Bravo.

I’d give more stars if I could. The hotel is delightful, a beautiful refurbished building. The pool and patio add exceptional atmosphere. The restaurant is good. But what makes this hotel so great is the staff. Everyone is friendly and responsive. It felt like family.

Great staffvery attentive. Love the front porch! Quaint and charming hotel with homey feel to it. Everyone we met here was super friendly. My significant other and I had magical time in St. Pete made even more so by this hotel and its staff. Thank you!

Great place and they were amazing during the time when we had no power due to Hurricane Irma. I had one small issue and the manager took care of it. The food is amazing as well. Plus the history of the hotel is amazing. You should definitely check this place out. Parking is a little rough so be prepared for that.

Beautiful and clean wading pool with a waterfall. Several good sized canopies and plenty of seating. Nice outside and inside bar. Great happy hour! Sunday pool in movies! This is a hidden gem.

Fun, clean, friendly, place to stay. All the staff have been amazing. Pool is relaxed with a great bar serving cocktails and great selection of craft beer. Rooms are clean and nicely modernised for an old hotel while still keeping the charm of the old. Grilled grouper sandwich is definitely one of the best ones I have had so far. The hotel is in a great location. Not far from the bars and restaurants.

Bar area and pool bar are great, was nice to relax for a few hours with drinks. Rooms and decor are definitely vintage if you're into that sort of thing. Went to bathe in my room after swimming and a mis-turn of the shower dial resulted in instantaneous scalding hot water which actually burned my girlfriend. Moments before writing this I was in bed reading and heard odd noises in the room Upon investigating I encountered the largest cockroach I've yet seen in Florida. Fortunately I caught it in a cup in the bathtub and guided it down the drain then plugged the tub and sink. I have enjoyed my time here but I don't think I'd recommend it or will come back in the future.

The bar area of the hotel is unique and quite charming. It does attract an older crowd. They have great drinks and a wide variety of beers. You can head out to the pool bar for the younger crowd and some more live atmosphere.
