Just visited Casa Del Mar the past 2 weeks. We were so afraid we would not be able to go due to the hurricane that had just passed through the area a few days before our arrival. We were so happy to get the call from the staff that they were safe and no damage. Everything was great! The weather was perfect, to staff wonderful and helpful, Mike took good care of us on the beach. We have been coming to CDM since 1989 and hope to return many more times, it is truly our home away from home!

I am the owner of Beach Breeze Weddings. I deliver full services for wedding events in the Sarasota area. The people at Casa Del Mar did an incredible job supporting my client's wedding event on their property. Parking, space, load ins, bathrooms etc. they just went out of their way to make everything easy in an effort to create a perfect day for all of us. I highly recommend them. Book your hotel and wedding here! You won't be disappointed

Great place to stay while you're in Florida. It's my favorite. Service is great people are wonderful. Great Escape wonderful View. Get a room facing the golf if you can. The sunsets will make you cry.

We have been coming to Casa del Mar for 6 years. It feels like our home. The other guests and owners are very friendly. The staff is superb, always ready to go the extra mile. The unit we rent has a great view of the pool and the Gulf. It is supplied with all that we need so no worries when we fly for the first time this year. We have had 4 adults and 2 grandkids in the unit. It is a bit tight but doable. Great beach walking. My husband is a bicycler and he can't wait to get here from Minnesota in the winter.

Home Away from Away! My husband and I enjoyed a one week vacation at Casa Del Mar Beach Resort in June 2017. The grounds are beautifully kept and our condo felt so much like home we rarely ventured out for anything besides the beach. The beach is magnificent and quiet. Even during "busy season" there is plenty of room to spread out and relax. The sunset is worth the venture back to the beach for, totally worth grabbing a drink and enjoying! The resort has so much to offer: a very nice pool, basketball court, tennis, several public gas grills, books and relaxation!

I love Casa del Mar! This was my fourth stay and I have rebooked again for next March. The staff - office, security, maintenance - is helpful and courteous. Theresa did an exceptional job of working with me to rebook for next year. The beach, pool, porches and grounds are beautiful and maintained beautifully. I love the unit I rented D11 but a few units need to be updated.

We stayed for 4th of July weekend and had a nice time. The staff was very friendly and the overall accommodations were nice. We also got a nice surprise with all the fireworks.

Have stayed here many times in the past 20 years and this is a nice resort. Just returned for one week stay. Each time we have stayed in a different unit. All have two full bedrooms and beds to sleep 4 people. Very disappointed this year. We stayed in unit 15 A which is FALSELY advertised as a two bedroom unit! This has one bedroom with king bed and no other bedroom, just a pull out in entry way and in main living room. The unit is also very tired, worn and in desperate need of upgrade. Would not recommend this unit 15 A.
