Originally I gave this Holiday Inn 2 stars with a review saying that it was fine. Not great, not terrible but after staying a second week I am revising my opinion. Had a fantastic experience with the staff here. Darlene in particular, showed outstanding customer service. As a trainer who travels full time, a huge part of my job is training on customer service and sadly, I don't often encounter great service on the road. So, when I do, I like to point it out. I hope that Holiday Inn realizes what an asset Darlene is. Thanks for making it a great stay!

The Holiday Inn Express was a great place to stay, great area. Staff were friendly, rooms were very clean. Breakfest was good. We had an issue with another guest screaming across the hall and management took care of us. Let me just say, if you have an issue, call the front desk asap! Thanks again Holiday Inn Express Staff.

Very nice. Clean. Quiet. Decent free breakfast in the early morning. Free flavored water in the evenings. Coffee maker in the standard rooms. Bathrooms are very nice, clean, spacious with a full length mirror and counter. Great water pressure. Comfortable beds.

I just booked their conference space after booking at many other spaces over the past few years and this was by far the best experience I've had. The Sales Director Cindy was great! She accommodated us in every way we requested. Everyone on the day of our event was very helpful, and friendly. I felt like I was a guest from the moment we walked in.

We held our quarterly photo shoot in the conference space and my only regret is not using this Holiday Inn for the past 5 years every time. We will definitely be back for all of our future space needs.

This is a very clean hotel. Easy and fast check in. Staff was friendly and helped us with extra items that we forgot to bring. It is very close to restaurants. The breakfast had good choices.. Beds were comfortable and hotel was very quiet. We enjoyed the nice pool area. They did not have a fridge in the double Queen rooms that we stayed inthat would had been nice. Overall a great place to stay! We would definitely stay here again!

First I want to say there are at least 4 or 5 different hotels within a half mile radius, but this is the best one I've been to. Their front desk staff is very prompt with assistance. Rooms were clean and tidy without looking old or dated. This hotel has breakfast from 6-10 and check out is at noon! Not to mention, their selection for the free breakfast puts others to shame. Great hotel, having all the necessary ammenities for business travel at a very affordable price.

Great hotel! Location was great. Had lots of restaurants and places you could need such as Walmart and etc. Bed and pillows was soooooo comfy! Place was nice and clean, breakfast was good and staff was super. Would definitely stay again.

From check in to check out EVERYTHING was wonderful! The manager, Caleb, and his employee, Shantell, were especially accommodating & nice. Every request was met speedily and with a smile.

My room (#108) smelled terrific and was clean and well kept. The continental breakfast was the best I ever had; fresh, yummy & a very good selection.

The bed was out of this world comfy and I loved the shower water!

Rooms were great, and hotel was located close to Ed Radice Complex with several good restaurants nearby. Beds were comfortable, and the furniture in the rooms were new and well appointed. The group rate also made this hotel a good value.
