I purchased a complete sleep system and I'm very happy with it. My hubby had a hard time finding the right mattress and we looked everywhere. After finding this store Joe took his time to select the perfect one for us. Obviously he's been dong this a long time. This process is not like the "drive-thru" so anyone with a negative review here must have expected the quick process you find in a cheap mattress store. It takes time to select the right mattress, and to get it to you because they all have to be made first. That was a big plus for us, freshly made. Thanks for the experience!

Extremely bad experience with service. Purchased king size adjustable bed with two twin long mattresses, no problem there exchanged to single mattresses because features didn’t work well for me and now it’s been a nightmare getting the store make it’s equipment working. Would never recommend this place. Specially the sales person Joe. Thinks he knows it all and doesn’t return phone calls. Once they take your money your just another sale. Terrible customer service

George was the person who helped us (me and my mother) with finding the right mattress for us, and it was a very enjoyable experience and he helped us a lot and was very entertaining to talk to him while we looked for our mattress's If i needed another one i would go back there in an instant!!!

My husband and I are well please with the most comfortable mattress we have ever owned. We are also well pleased in the gentleman who served us. I believe his name was George. He gave us all the facts and allowed us to lie on the mattress which we then purchased. Very kind and down to earth. No pressure. We have recommended our family and friends to go and try one out. I recently purchased a mattress at the countryside mall location. The salesman George was very helpful and informative not pushy at all which was very refreshing. My husband has sleep apnea and after researching the best options I found is the sleep systems. George helped me make that final decision to get the Arya mattress and Leggett and Platt adjustable base. There are so many on the market and can be confusing. We love our system. I would recommend anyone looking for a great experience and for the right price is Somnis at Countryside mall.

The salesman at Countryside was great and very helpful. My complaint is not with the store or the salesman. My complaint is with the bed I bought there. I bought the Mlili harmony blah blah blah. It is by far the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on. That is a lot coming from me considering I slept on a foldable cot for 9 months in the desert of Iraq. The bed came with instructions and the salesman told us that we needed to walk on it and give it some time. I think though they forgot to tell us that we also need 1000 people to come in and jump and lay down on it to get it to the same comfort level as the store demo had. We have had it for two months I don't want it anymore but you can't return a mattress.

The gentlemen at the Contryside store were both very professional and courteous. Both gentlemen assisted us to make sure we had the correct fit and size mattress for our needs. Good prices for what you get.
