Well appointed property with pool and restaurant on site, as well as several banquet facilities. The rooms are gorgeous and the hotel is relatively new. Would stay again.

I arrived in Boardman Ohio a cpl hours before check in. I walked into the hotel, and was greeted by Kyle at the front desk. What a respectful and genuinely nice guy!! He not only checked me in early, but he was more than happy to talk to me about the area, and what sort of activities there are to do. The hotel was clean. The entire staff were respectful. Truly a wonderful stay, one that I plan to repeat

The hotel was nicely decorated, with a modern feel. The room was clean and well lit. The coffee in the room was actually pretty good, which is not my usual experience in hotel rooms. Check-in and check-out were seamless. The service at the bar area was not great - they were extremely slow and seemed somewhat bothered that they had patrons. But overall, our stay was really nice.

We had a banquet and I also had dinner on Friday evening. It is a very affordable place to eat. It is part of the Holiday Inn in Boardman. The banquet we had on Saturday was excellent. The service was good and the food even better. It is a good family place to eat. Very clean and neat.

Recently attended my wife's baby shower at this beautiful Holiday Inn location. Although having passed this location thousand of times I never actually experienced this location on the inside. One word - WOW! So surprised on how upscale Holiday Inn has become. The lobby was large in scale and very professional feeling. Staff was attenditive upon noticing my presence immediately. My wife's baby shower was a short walk from the main lobby. Upon opening the two doors I was taken back by how nice they already set the room up. The social event coordinator was already present and assured us everything was taken care of. The food served was unbelievably amazing and my wife's guests are still commenting on this aspect. After everything was said and done her shower was a beautiful, memorable experience. A little expensive but DEFINITELY worth it. Thank you Holiday Inn for an amazing baby shower.

I will definitely be staying here again, the location is great and easy to access everything, the staff is phenomenal, and the rooms are modern. I mean, for example, my sink had a backslash that you would see on HGTV! They do offer a full restaurant as well. The breakfast is not complimentary though. I will definitely stay here again.

We had our 30 th class reunion here it was a great time the facility was accommodating and the atmosphere was very top notch. It was Great seeing Diane our bartender and long time neighbor. She was a great bartender. Your staff did a fantastic job accommodating our WARRIOR family and for that we thank you.

The hotel was really clean and nice. They have an indoor pool with a hot tub. They also have a small gym and a bar. The room service was on point throughout our entire stay there. There are several places to way surrounding the hotel. Also, there's a movie theater right behind the hotel!

I enjoyed my stay at the holiday inn in Youngstown. The employees at the front desk are very nice and willing help. The rooms are very nice but the bed is little too firm in my opinion. Cleaning service is excellent and the restaurant/bar is very nice. Good food and drinks. I would stay here again.

I would give negative stars if I could. I used this hotel for my wedding guests to stay at after our wedding. We had not one but TWO incidents at this hotel that weekend and the hotel will not rectify any of it. 1: a guest had booked a room and the staff gave her room up to someone else. They ended up giving her a key to the room since it was in her name- only to find 3 people already sleeping in the room and wanted HER to call security. 2: one of our groomsmen went down in the AM to grab a coffee and dropped his card for us in the lobby- luckily one of my bridesmaids found it and turned it into the front desk- the card was still sealed- a light green envelope with our names on it! She was gunna take it home with her and mail it to me but figured I could just grab it upon my checkout! The person the card was from realized he lost it and went to the front desk to see if anyone turned it in (which they did) but it was given back to him from the front desk opened and the gift of money was gone! The hotel staff does not care about this situation at all and basically apologize. No, not good enough! I'll keep giving bad reviews until this is recitified!

Only 2 floors was up and running. They had people on same floors as constructions. Did not accommodate them for they stay. still made them pay full price even with the construction going on. The hallways had horrible smell of wall paper and glue. Nearly every conner i turned i seen myself walking over yet another worker. On top of a very very rude hotel manager who rarely even greeted me upon seeing me. He had horrible customer service. That tells me alot about the owner they care about MONEY not the comfort of a customer or they happiness. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worse enemy.

We had so much fun. We will probably be staying somewhere else next year but only because of them not having breakfast and larger rooms. We are a traveling competition team. The girls would like to have more space so that we can all stay in one room
