I needed a 2nd rm in middle of the night and tge gave me one at a significant discount. Staff professional and friendly. Great breakfast choices as well.

The rooms are a nice and spacious. We came here for the 2 days after my wedding. The breakfast was average. But they never changed out sheets or towels or cleaned our room even when we requested it at the front desk which was disappointing, especially the nights after our wedding.

Loved this hotel . Very clean and fancy . Crissy and Tursha helped answer all my questions and made sure the room was perfect. All employees are very friendly and helpful . Love it .

Clean and good staff. Facility starting to show some wear in the rooms and hallways. HVAC a little on the loud side. I would stay here again if needed.

Clean and nice rooms, with all amenities. Breakfasts and dinner snacks/drinks. Located in an area with plenty of retail and dining options. Close to the highway.

Disclaimer: This review is based on a one-night stay if we would have stayed multiple nights I would have requested a room change. I would try this hotel again if we make the trip back to visit family; however the review below is based on this one night stay.
Check-In: This went very smooth - we requested a room on the first floor but it was booked solid, so the front desk was able to get us right next to the stairwell so we could bring our dogs our easily so that was great!
Location: Couldn't pick a better spot - there are plenty of gas stations and restaurants to choose from plus you are located right near the highway - easy on/easy off. Even better, the hotel is tucked away on a side street so you aren't too close to the main street.
Room: This is where our review goes down a couple of points when we walked in with all of our stuff the room just smelled musty which led to an unclean type feeling. We opened up the windows and door to get some fresh air flowing through the room. If I hadn't just driven 12 hours from Iowa, I would have requested a change but frankly we were exhausted. The bed was fine, but the kitchen and bath area had lose/uneven tiles and the carpet did not feel clean either. This room could have used a top to bottom scrub and it was certainly a motivating factor for us getting up bright and early and getting on the road by 4:45AM!
We did not use any other amenities with the exception of Wifi that wouldn't connect so we ended up using my cell phone as a hot spot.
Overall, it was OK and I would try it again based on the convenience factor and maybe we would get lucky with a better room? There are a few other hotels in the same area that are options as well.response / report this review -

This hotel is amazing, my room feels like a home away from home. Complete with kitchen, living room, bedroom, and a fairly large bathroom. Will definitely stay in the future.

Room was absolutely beautiful and VERY clean - best hotel yet!. But the most touching of my experience was the manager recognizing my celebration as a breast cancer survivor. I entered my room with a card and gift congratulating me. That's MANAGEMENT!!!

We were here yesterday, Saturday April 01st. for My GrandDaughter TaLiya'h. She had a Swimming Pool Birthday Party. The Hotel Suite Room 305 was absolutely beautiful. It was an adjoining room with stainless steel appliances, Microwave/Stove Combo, Refrigerator and Dishwasher and a Gorgeous

Location: Great - close to lots of shopping including my favorites, Gabe's, Marshalls, TJ Maxx HomeGoods as well as mall just a bit further away but within 10 minutes. Chick-fil-A very close. Room: two room suite with 2 TV's, king bed, pullout couch (did not pull out - 14 & 9 yr old slept on couch. It is an L shape with another edge off the base of the L. We put the ottoman off the extra edge and wedged it in with the coffee table. Worked great). Small bathroom due to sink and closet outside where toilet and tub/shower were. Soft tissues!! Fully stocked kitchen. Service: Great breakfast, better that Best Western next door. Free hot drinks available at all times.Pool better that Best Western next doorNot as echoing. Staff very pleasant.
