  Stopped because it was right of the highway. We checked in very late without a reservation and there was no issue with that. We had a clean and well lit room. Also enjoyed the continental breakfast.

  The hotel was really nice, clean and decently priced. I have two problems with it though. It was very difficult to get to. I actually missed it the first time. It is kind of off the main road with not the best signage. The other thing was the pool was very small. Not a big deal since it was a travel stop but don't think you can play Marco Polo in it. The staff was nice and courteous.

  The service was extremely slow upon arriving to check in, we had to announce ourselves before we were noticed. To top it off, the mean lady at the front on 09/13 at 5:00 pm was very rude to my son when he asked if she could open the pool and explained how we could only use the pool during the time that we were checked in would it kill her or hurt the business to let me and a five year old enjoy the pool if we were an old couple or asked a different EMPLOYEE would we have been granted entry? Who knows I'll never find out because that's the last time this hotel will get business from me and I will be sure to tell anyone who will listen what a sad experience this hotel provides their customers with. Customers are the reason you have a job girl, be humble

  Stayed here one night during a road trip. Hotel was clean and the Continental breakfast is definitely a better one out there! Two types of eggs, two types of sausages, Greek yogurt - protein is rare at hotel breakfast! My on complaint was that the bed was retry hard, but that's just personal preference. The hotel was right off the highway and easy to access.

  The service was great, I was greeted with a cup of later with limes or a cup of coffee without hesitation as I walked in the door. This place was very clean when I walked into the hotel.. I the room was a great amount of space and the pool was perfect(maybe just a tad bit to warm) and nut all in all I have no complaints epically compared to the sleep in who has dirty or stained linens. So yes the Fairfield inn is a by far the best hotel I have experienced Out of the all the other 10 or so hotels in the area.

  Not happy with this one the hotel staff need to get this place under control there are so many kids running through this place. Went down for breakfast 2 time had to give up and go next door to Bob Evans. U try to go in and there is no adult and over 15 kids under the age of 10 you can't get near the food. Tried to get coffe that was a fail the pot by the desk was empty and you had so many kids near the coffe pots its impossible they won't move. They got a pool but don't try to get in it. Unless you got a helmet on so much stuff getting thrown around. Won't go back to this one there for sure.. P.S. beds were great

  The staff are very courteous and personable. The overnight desk clerk went above and beyond for me by making my favorite biscuits and gravy this morning after my husband let her know it's my favorite breakfast food. I highly recommend the indoor swimming pool it was heaven. The only complaint I have was the maintenance man who literally let every door slam as he went back and forth between the maintenance room, stairway and outside door. Otherwise, it was a nice experience.

  Stayed overnight on a trip from NY to Chicago. Hotel is perfectly fine. Not fancy, but clean, and comfortable beds. Easy on/off to I-80. Free hot breakfast

  Hotel is clean and great looking! We had a one-bedroom suite for our family and couldn't have been more pleased. We all got a great night's sleep, simple but plentiful breakfast in the morning, and on our way! Definitely will stay here again on our way back through, making the reservation now
