Very beautiful lobby area. Nice hot breakfast, free wifi, exercise room and indoor pool. Staff is friendly and everything was so neat and clean. Perfect hotel for those coming in town for the Canfield Fair because it's very close by. Also a great place for professional meetings, home school testing, etc.

Convenient and no hassle. Staff was friendly, everything was clean and food and facilities were sufficient. Location was a bit awkward initially with Google maps.

Best HI&S we've stayed at. Very helpful staff who gave us an upgrade for a slight inconvenience we had. Fireplaces in the suitesjust lovely.

Cannot say enough positive things about this hotel! Comfy, clean and made to feel very welcome. Our family made a trek to see our daughter in Pennsylvania. Stopped here on the way there and again on the way home. Our stay at a hotel in Pennsylvania was absolutely awful, we were so grateful to get back to the Hampton Inn!! Plus, they have snacks during the afternoon available in the common area, a wonderful morning breakfast buffet and restaurants in walking distance. Many thanks to the great staff for a truly wonderful stay! Will be back!

We hosted my dad's 90th Birthday Party (Fritz Blitz) over the past weekend. We had almost 100 guests. The staff was amazing!!! Always there whenever we needed something. Thanks for a fantastic stay and a GREAT CELEBRATION!!!! Adrienne in Allendale NJ

Loved it! Staff was very polite and professional. Room was clean and comfortable. Pool was beautiful and the perfect temperature. Gym was clean and easily accessible. Close to fairground dining and stores.

The Good: The hotel itself was nice. The location was a bit far from where I was working, but that is the case for all the hotels in the area. I felt that the hotel was clean and well maintained. The day staff was friendly and helpful.
The Bad: The light in the thermostat in the room was constantly on, which kept the room lit all night, and was a distraction because I'm sensitive to light at night. Thankfully I came prepared and it wasn't a big deal to block out the light.
The Ugly: The night time desk person was consistently sitting in the lobby area rather than behind the desk, and was a bit too laid back. During check-in he didn't recognize my diamond status or offer up my benefits. Nor did he ever seem to be engaged unless I engaged with him first.response / report this review
