I'm on the road a lot and this was a decent experience. The suite I had was not cleaned properly it wasn't bad but it was not super clean. The reason for the 3 stars is the fact I got back to the hotel around 3am and went to the front desk to ask for a late checkout so I could get some extra sleep. When standing at the front desk I could hear the worker snoring in the office, I spoke up a couple times to no luck in waking the worker.

Very nice staff .. Hotel was clean and breakfast was really good..could of gave you guys 5 stars BUT. I didn't like the fact that my card was double charged and it was a problem for me.had to take care of overdraw fees my self.. I guess .. you live and you learn

Nice and clean rooms at an affordable price. The breakfast was very nice as well. Good location, right off of the highway and walking distance to a truck stop. Would definitely stay here again and recommend.

I stayed for 2 nights. The room was very nice and clean. The whole hotel seemed pretty well kept. Very nice and courteous staff. Good breakfast too. Plenty of variety for the breakfast food. Would definitely stay there again.

Needed an accessible room w/a roll-in shower. Got a wonderful room. However, whoever put those faucets in needs to take them out & put them back in again. They were way too far back & I was constantly hitting the back of the sink w/my hands. Also, the water pressure for showers was horrible. Put some of the pressure you have for the toilet flusher into the shower. I barely got wet.

Stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel is clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The woman who helped me navigate with my crutches because the floor was wet thank you you're an angel I'm sorry I forgot your name you were cleaning downstairs at the time. . I would stay here again. The breakfast was good good options.

Enjoyable stay. Clean And convenient. The staff is very pleasant and willing help as much as possible. The rooms are up to par and their pool and hot tub is wonderful. I would definitely recommend.

I only stayed here for one night and wished it could've been longer. We booked this very late, around midnight since our first hotel choice was horrible. The receptionist Jose was amazing. He made our hotel check in very fast and easy. The hotel rooms are very clean, high ceilings, comfy beds and pillows. I think my favorite part was the breakfast, they choices they had were wonderful!! Not cereal or cold food. They had pancakes, cinnamon rolls, potatoes, sausage, fruit, muffins, toast, oatmeal, etc. Everything was delicious and good quality. I wish I could've experienced the pool but didn't stay long enough to take a dip. I would DEFINITELY recommend this place. If I ever stay in this city again this will be the place to go for me!

The room was clean. Extras that were requested were there. The shower head was disappointing. At one point I thought I was running out of hot water, but it came back after about one minute. The hot breakfast was ok, but nothing special. One exception was the biscuits and gravy. They were great. We had a question concerning the rate charged for the room and the evening staff did not seem to want to be accommodating what so ever. How ever, the manager in the morning resolved our question without any problem. Kudos to her!

The facilities seemed modern and very clean. I didn't get to see any of the rooms that you stay In because I was there only for a meeting. I noticed the breakfast room looked very inviting and also they had a pool and spa and a workout room too I believe. All in all I was impressed and would definitely stay there if I needed a room in that area

Stay here all the time. One of the best hotels I've stayed at for the price! The front desk service is incredible, and always remembers me when I check in along with my favorite room. They make all the difference with their amazing kindness they express. Also, complimentary cookies!
The breakfast is surprisingly robust as well. Highly recommended.response / report this review
