I stayed here for an event hosted at the nearby Gideon and didn't regret for a second. Room was comfortable and well kept. Complimentary coffee pods in the room. Good water pressure. Fire pit outside! Would stay again.

Nice, clean, good sized hotel in a great spot. Right around the corner from shopping and Dunkin Donuts. Allowed our dogs which was the best part! Also there was a little lake right next to the hotel to walk the dogs too. No complaints :)

Dog-loving hotel, staff is super courteous, rooms are way bigger than I expected. Clean, especially for dog-loving. Church bells woke me up, but that's hardly the hotel's fault.

Great location, comfortable beds, and the hotel interior is well decorated. The staff was very friendly overall but I must comment on my experience at breakfast. I booked my room online and it included complimentary breakfast tickets. The food was super tasty, but the waitress could not be any more unwelcoming and rude. I felt as though my dining with her was an inconvenience. Not a good way to start the day, and not a good "brand representative" for the hotel chain. Everyone has their days, but leave your ego at the door lady.

Clean bedding and towels. Tv worked. Air conditioner worked well. Fridge was good. Bathroom was acceptable. Ironing board was gross. Closet was a bit small. Gym is tiny.
Great location in Toga. The suites blow the regular rooms out the water, so get one of those if possible. Concierge was very nice and helpful. Pool area was nice.
Decent stay for a great price and amazing location right next to the park and casino.response / report this review -

The staff is Awesome, they go above and beyond to accommodate their guests! Great Restauraunt and Bar Great Food! Friendly service & they make you feel comfortable when dining alone .Omelet & crepe station & Breakfast buffet is the Best! Indoor and Outdoor Pools! My family stayed here last weekend for my mom's birthday. Everyone at the hotel was so accommodating. We lost our room key, they replaced it with no hassle. We forgot our sons blanket (that he carries everywhere!) in the restaurant, and the front desk remembered seeing him with it and called our room to let us know! They were also amazing in the restaurant, setting up for 20 people in the dining room. They allowed us to leave center pieces and a cake at the front desk, that they put out for us and suprised my mom at the time of our reservations! Great food and great service! My family was so unorganized too another day when 6 of us sat down and ordered, then 4 of my relatives came and we pushed tables together, and then more relatives came and we pushed another table together, and the waitress still smiled! She kept up with our crazy family. & she managed to get every order right! She was amazing!! We had an amazing time! My aunt stayed at another hotel, which she cancelled, and stayed at the Holiday Inn with us the next night. I have so many wonderful things to share about this hotel, but I am going to stop here! Simply amazing staff, service, rooms, restaurant, and so on!!

Within easy walking distance of downtown. Clean, modern rooms. Spotty WiFi. No free breakfast. Plenty of space on ground floor for smaller professional events/conferences. Parts of ground floor currently under construction.

The staff is accommodating and their facilities are very nice. They have a fitness room and indoor pool to use that is very clean and well run. It's located very close to several wonderful restaurants along with some great bars and micro-breweries

The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the accommodations were perfect for what we needed. We loved the fact that they did not have a pet fee. The location is great too being right next to the park and just up the road from the main strip. If we needed to do an overnight in Saratoga, we would definitely stay again.

I went to an awards ceremony, and it was fantastic. The food was fantastic, everything was very organized,. I was very impressed. Wait and bar staff were very professional. Thank you for a wonderful experience!! Very clean place also. Thanks a million!!!
