Extremely comfortable and hospitable, fantastic location and service staff. Rooms are luxurious and spacious and feature all of the usual hotel amenities. Beautiful restaurant there on site serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner that also provides room service. Great location on the main street going through town, highly recommended!

We ate at The Springs restaurant. We were only one of two parties in the restaurant. The food was average, but the table was not clean. It was lunchtime and the table was all sticky from maple syrup left over from breakfast. We asked our waiter for a wet cloth and we had to wipe our own table before sitting. I ordered coffee and it was cool. It didn't impact our lunch at all, but the menu had at least a dozen misspellings or typos. Nothing seemed well run.

The check-in was super quick. The hotel looked really nice. The room was very clean and the staff was friendly. I love staying at Hilton hotels. The pool looked very nice, although we didn't use it. The only thing was that the Hilton app says I could use my phone as a key and I couldn't figure out how to get it to work.

The first thing I want to get out of the way is the guy that greets you between 2 and 11 his name is Aaron is about the best guy ever and they need to clone him. Secondly I've stayed at this hotel a few times despite this particular event me not being a guest and we're told about major Renovations that we're going to a car and from the reception area and the nearby hallways there was no evidence that this kind of thing happened. I think they're working on it, but who knows. In addition the New York Library Association which I was attending was well embraced by the hotel which is adjacent to the convention center. The staff was friendly the parking was validated you could find your way around people helped you go where you needed to go. While it would not be my choice in Saratoga Springs going forward as a hotel to stay in they handle this situation very well.

The rooms were well kept and nicely furnished. Room service was prompt and the food was delicious. Staff was very friendly. After we checked out we realized we left a couple important items in our room, and housekeeping quickly and successfully helped us retrieve them. All in all a lovely experience.

It's much cleaner than other hotels but the bathroom floor was still not clean. Room had a fridge and microwave--not all hotel rooms do. Friendly staff. Good water pressure in the shower.

Beautiful hotel with very nice rooms. A bit noisy in the first level, from being close to the door. Comfortable beds. Internet is pretty fast compared to other hotels. I would have thought the room would have a microwave but it does not, all there is here is a fridge. Parking is NOT free, it costs $10 a day. I was not told about the charge until I called to figure out why I had different amounts of charges coming out of my credit card. They told me parking is $10 a day plus they were also taking 'little by little' the charge for incidentals.

When I checked out, I expressed my concern to the person checking me out and they took off ALL the charges relating to parking. Very good service.

All new furniture and accessories. Currently remodeling. Parking is plenty and free for guests. Easy access to just walk out the hotel and walk down the main stretch for all the wonderful restaurants and bars, no need for taxi or driving. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

Asked for a room away from the elevator but was given one which shared a wall with the elevator. They moved me without a hesitation. Overall experience was good. Hotel is currently getting some upgrades so a small bit of construction. Fitness room was clean and very well equipped.

We stayed on the ground floor with a king sized bed. The room was very clean and well stocked with amenities. Unfortunately we were located right by the exit and it was a bit noisy with people coming and going. We wish the room was better sound proof. There also was not a trash can in the bedroom, only the bathroom and the coffee maker was inconveniently placed inside of shelving. Otherwise, the hotel room was beautiful and staff were very friendly.

The staff was helpful and professional, even at check out when we were accidentally charged for a movie we didn't rent. They took it off without question and apologized profusely. The room was mammoth for what you generally expect for a king bedroom. It was larger than some suites I've stayed in. Overall, an great experience and a beautiful hotel.

The lobby was very nice fire place open apple computer was avaible. Staff very nice. And the location was awesome. Restrooms were clean. The rooms seemed very roomy.

Checking in close to midnight went out of my way to get a nicer hotel knowing I would be tired and need of some sleep. they put me on the second floor right under construction, that just happened to start at 7am.
Called the front desk to find out what was going on half asleep, the lovely lady says oh you may be under the section where we started renovatingYa think???? She says what can I do to fix the problem sir? You could tell them to stop.I'll see what I can do sir.
I know you wouldn't stop the reno but maybe the person checking you in could let you know about it. Or maybe post some signs. Or better yet don't put people in a room right under what's going on. The hotel was not full at least by the looks of the empty parking lot at midnight. Have to be in Toga all week will not be staying here again maybe not ever. Staff unhelpful and unapologetic.
Thanks for starting My day off in a terrible mood.
If I could give it a zero for lack of sensitivity to late check ins I would.

I was at the Hilton on 534 North Broadway in Saratoga, NY. I was there for business presenting at a conference. I have used their conference rooms in the past multiple times. They have a wonderful setup and the employees are always Pleasant. They offered to set up the projectors and or laptops. They put coffee out for the participants at the conference as well as food as it was part of the cost package. I've never stayed at the hotel because I live about an hour away. The individuals that I know who have stayed there had no complaints. Accommodating. I would recommend it for venues and/or Room & Board

Great location right next to the convention center. Beautiful lobby, exceptionally will kept property. Room was clean and spacious. Food in the hotel restaurant was excellent (have the short rib. It was great!!). Overall, would highly recommend and definitely stay here again!
