Stellar staff, room and breakfast. Can't say enough good things about this place and the staff! They even had my sister's cell phone in lost and found then shipped it to her. Perfect location for downtown Schnectady. Well worth every penny!!!

Comfortable bed, good and friendly service. Wifi is decent. Breakfast is a bit dull, premade eggs and assortment of breads and pastries. No in hotel restaurant or room service.

Very pricey for what you get. Almost $200 a night! Dont get me wrong the room was nice and had plenty of space but the pillows were useless and the sheets were very thin. Wifi also was very poor. Small TV had a bigger one in a much less hotel. Pool was nice however, the pool room itself was kept at like 90 degrees A bit to much. Other then that the place was easy to get in and out of and the breakfast was good. Will be looking at more affordable alternatives next time in area.

Room was nice. Had a wakeup call scheduled which we never got. Clock radio was off an hour too. Didn't notice till next day. Made us late. When checking out was not compensated for anything. We missed the free breakfast too.

Great experience ! This hotel is located in the business district of Schenectady . Adequate free parking is available . Entrance is well-lit and handicap accessible. The lounge is spacious and well equipped with media accessories . The whole hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly . Breakfast and snacks are freely available . I look forward to using their services again in the future
