The Stockade Inn is a beautiful historic inn located in one of the countries oldest neighborhoods. The Inn has great quirky character that can only come from age where grandeur meant something. Lots of different rooms and spaces and all unique.

Excellent service and the rooms very extremely nice and comfortable. We had to switch rooms with someone because of easier accommodation, and they made it very easy to do.

WiFi is almost non existent. They really cannot handle a wedding party with range or speed. The rooms are decorated poorly and the service elevator is scary to say the least. I had to program the remote control to work with volume and power for the FiOS remote in the room. The shower head is not really able to be turned in a direction and the water when on with the door open just shoots all over the floor to make a mess. Everything is antique and old but the bench at the foot of my bed has cigarette burned in it. Definitely should not cost what it does to stay here. Compete rip off in price. Should be half the cost and would never stay here again if it wasn't for the wedding.

The bed was very comfortable. I don't know about the pillows as I always travel with my own. No idea about anything else really as I had a busy night and only crashed and showered then left. The shower was excellent. Good water pressure.

We stayed at the Stockade for a wedding that took place. It was the perfect place for a reception and was so convenient to stay right there. Our room was very large, clean and update but still kept all the character of the building. We even had a buffet breakfast the next morning thanks to the newly Weds. But definitely recommend to others, especially weddings!

I was a groomsman in my friends wedding. The staff was super helpful and provided us with everything we needed. A beautiful space. One of the best weddings I've been too.

The head waitress is incredibly racist. Went there to see some jazz, ordered a drink and then the waitress came up to me asked me what I was doing said I had to order more than one drink and started to get very loud. Waitstaff here is very rude , stuck up and the bartender is always talking about something inappropriate behind that barwill never go to this establishment again. I have never really experienced prejudice in my life but now I am not proud to say I have experienced prejudice
