It is being renovated but our room was redone and very nice. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and the place is clean, especially the room.

We stayed her on a college. Not shabby at all. Students loved the pool and hot tub. Rooms were emaculate and breakfast was yummy.

Very good for the price & they have remodeled a section on the first floor where I stayed. I was able to bring my dog with no hassles or extra charge. They even have a little area in the back with doggie bags & a bench. The complimentary breakfast was good too. Again a great value for the money, I would highly recommend!

Nice room, whoever had it the night before had a great night, there was glitter stuck to the half wall next to the big tub. TV was huge, nice samsung, except most the channels didn't work. Hotel did comp some of the room though

Decent hotel that has been through recent remodelling. Daylight colored lights as opposed to soft white seemed a little harsh at first but ok as time went on. Walls were thin and we were able to hear the basketball game our neighbor was watching. Tough location to see right off a rotary so be aware. In general it was a good stay in a clean and comfortable location as long as you are aware of the above issues. Free pet stays makes it worth it.

Clean, nice amenities. We used the pool, hot tub, and fitness room (which actually had weights). The complimentary breakfast had a better selection and better quality than most hotels I have been to. All in all, it was worth having to navigate through the "traffic circle of death" you need to go through to get there. I highly recommend.

I have been staying here a few times a week over the last couple years. Many rimes arriving late at or early in the morning, the cleaning staff don't seem to take this into consideration. I put out the "do not disturb" sign on my door. They don't knock but they aren't quiet either. This sign should be an indication that one is trying to get some rest and needs quiet. They slam doors and carry on loud conversations seemingly oblivious to the fact that guest are trying to sleep. The quality and cleanliness has deminished over time as well. There is usually something wrong/ missing from the room, be it a trash can or shampoo. The attention to detail is gone. Unfortunately my company chooses the accommodations when I stay away from home and I imagine it is a monetary thing that keeps us coming back, but the quality has fallen way off.

I have stayed here multiple times over the last 4 years, if I had say it was acceptable definitely not a 3.0 star as it has always been dated. However today's visit I noticed renovations and it is a great improvement!! Rooms are clean and fresh, now the bad, no furniture in the room? What? Decided to take my family elsewhere but, Simone, at the front desk was able to help me out!! I decided to stay only because of her, I asked to borrow chairs from the banquet room so we did not have to sit on the floor!! she was able to get us a needed second room, although inconvenient for my family it was acceptable. Simone at the front desk was a true professional, a bit overwhelmed because she had to deal with this mess all by herself, multiple guests were in the same predicament!! They were leaving because they did not want to deal with it. Phone was ringing off the hook! The manager is to blame for this, who was not here to help. A bit frustrating after 3+ hour drive. Hats off to Simone for juggling all this , give the lady a raise she made you couple hundred bucks tonight!

Not my best stay here. Check in staff was pleasant, but noticed a sign in the elevator announcing that renovations were coming soon. I didn't realize that meant round the clock construction even on Saturday and Sunday. I awoke to banging and drilling, which continued past 10 pm. As I was getting ready to leave for the day, housekeeping knocked and I tried to explain to the (English speaking) maid that I would be leaving in a few minutes, she pushed past me and began to clean the bathroom. On my return, I found the parking lot door blocked by a shopping cart full of construction debris too heavy to move out of the way. Back door was blocked open by construction workers extension cord, thus negating any security. Went to breakfast on Sunday at 9:30 and found it nearly cleaned up, despite being advertised open until 10. On the positive side, hot tub was hot, rooms were clean, price was reasonable.

Very nice hotel. Under construction at the moment but very nice staff. Book in advance to get a better rate.
