Very easy check in and the evening manager was very polite. Very clean rooms and beds, but there is room for improvement with the walls. Not to happy about the $24. Parking fee. Oh and the breakfast was wonderful along with the service . Would stay there again.

Basic hotel with van service to DCA airport every 20 minutes. Has a 24 hour McDonald's next door along with the hotels own pantry and pub. Walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Also has a train station within a longer walking distance for easy access to all the sights Washington dc has to offer.

Front desk staff extremely pleasant and helpful. Restaurant staff very pleasant as well as shuttle drivers. Location was excellent for our visit to the museum of the Bible. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. We are very pleased with our stay. you

Just minutes from the Regan Airport and convenient location from D.C..Attached full breakfast restaurant and separate full bar provide on site convenience. Staff was very courteous and thoughtful, offering other amenities to make my stay enjoyable. Tall-building city scape views on one side and more countryside-ish view on the other, which looks beautiful in the fall with the trees changing to vibrant colors. Room was spacious, organized, and clean.

Decent stay for the price. The building seems older and not as well kept as some of the others in the area. When the door shuts on a neighboring unit, the head board shakes. There are no black out curtains and the air conditioning is a little loud. The water heard up for a shower in decent time but the pressure is a little low. None of things bothered me much, especially for the price. Decent restaurants here within a 15 minute walk and a shuttle service that works. Not bad. Not great, but not bad.

The staff is friendly but the facility desperately needs some updating. It is located in Crystal City but a little far from the metro but close to the airport. The real downer is that breakfast doesn't come with the room as with the other Holiday Inns. All in all a good value for the price.

Location is very odd. The represebtatives were attentive and great at problem solving. Do not plan to park there its not free. Other than that I really enjoyed myself there.

Always clean and business friendly. Each room has a refrigerator, safe, new irons and clean ironing board. Great Keurig coffee makers are a fantastic start in the morning! Thank you for the extra special touches! 🤗

This hotel is super close the the airport. There is a quiet looking neighborhood behind the hotel and a drugstore and several restaurants within walking distance distance. The staff is very friendly and helpful too!

Nice hotel. Rooms are well kept. Three elevators, but I never saw more than one moving (VERY slowly) at any given time, even with multiple people waiting. Staff was very friendly and professional.

The location was very convenient. The was amazing as was the bed. It was sooo big!!!!!! I recieved excellent service from the employees as well and they answered all of my questions eagerly.

We were visiting DC for spring break last week and decided to stay here. The room was clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable as well. We had great views from the 10th floor. There is a couple of restaurants on site, but we had breakfast in the neighboring McDonald's. There is an in room refrigerator, but no microwave. Parking is not free. There are tons of places to eat on 23rd Street which is accessible if you get out the back of the hotel and walk two blocks to your right. Also another couple of blocks down there are more stores and eateries. Pentagon Row is close by as well that has some very trendy restaurants. Overall we had a comfortable stay here and will absolutely return if we ever visit DC.

Nice hotel and shuttle service. The lobby is crazy but the rooms are nice. The best part is the area. There are a dozen different restaurants to choose from within three blocks. We spent an enjoyable afternoon at Freddies.

Nice hotel. Beds were comfortable, room was clean and neat. No microwave. Really nothing to do in the immediate area. Gentlemen club, hookah lounge and a few kebab places. Parking is not free and breakfast will cost you. Cheap rate for the room, but when you start adding things, it gets expensive real quick.

I had a Suprise layover for the night. Called them up and they were more than accommodating, shuttle picked up right up, got me into a room for the night, which was more than adequate, and brought me right back to the airport in the morning. Must have been a wedding or something going on, because it was a little noisy all night, but it was a Saturday night, so can't be too upset about it. Overall greatly satisfied. Thanks you're staff was great!
