Currently being remodeled but really did not affect me or my stay at all as the rooms are separate from where they were working. Amazing breakfast with turkey sausage eggs potatoes pork sausage breads and fruits and yogurt with toppings geat coffee machine and more food options. Nice clean rooms and great customer service! Shuttle to Reagan that was prompt and kind driver. Will be returning when back in town for business.

My stay was good and I agree with the air except I wanted heat and it was cold air. The whole staff was really nice and smiling. If you go to eat st the Comfort Inn don't get their Turkey Sub. Did not taste good at all. But staff was nice.
And last I enjoyed their gift shop.

Great Location, Very clean, all staff are friendly and very helpful. From the time I made a reservation, Front desk, Shuttle drivers, housekeeping people, they are all awesome. Kudos to everyone. I wish that all Best Westen are the same like yours. Highly recommend. We will be back on summertime.

There's a reason it's so cheap. Found 2 bugs in the bathroom, beds sink in as you sleep, and the AC/heating unit is placed so that it blows air into the curtains. Otherwise, it was good. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. Shuttle was convenient.

Don't stay here. The shower didn't work, air conditioner didn't work until you turned it down to 60 and then it flooded all over. Bugs in the room. The worst hotel I have stayed at in the United States. I didn't want to give it any stars but it won't let me. The shuttles don't run like they said. Had to take Uber all the time. NOT WORTH THE MONEY. STAY AWAY

Hotel is a little dated but comfy. Easy on and off the highway access, short drive to downtown DC. Plenty of cab and Uber coverage. Breakfast is amazing.

Only reason it lost a star was because I had to ask for a room with a fridge (apparently an "upgrade" here) despite being a diamond elite rewards member, was never offered the upgrade. Also had no cell service in the room, had to go outside to make calls.

I enjoyed my stay, minus the issue with the air condition, which upon speaking with many guest seemed to be a major issue. We had to change rooms because it finally stopped working in the first room, the second room wasn't much better.
Breakfast was good, appreciate the free shuttle back and forth to the mall and airports.
Desk members Javier and Rosa were very kind and helpful, my hats off to them. Would stay again only if the air condition is in better condition. We left Texas heat for Virginia heat, wasn't cool at all.

When traveling from out of town to a place you never stayed is always a concern. I understand you can't make everyone happy. In this case I was very pleased with the service, the room and the breakfast. The staff go out of their way to please and always with a welcoming smile, not a pasted on one. It was very refreshing and made my stay more enjoyable.

Our stay at Best Western Pentagon was wonderful! Our room was bigger than expected and very nice and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, better than any hotel breakfast we've seen! The staff was outstanding! We couldn't have asked for a better experience! We would definitely stay again!

If you are wanting to stay in DC on a budget, this is the way to do it. Good continental breakfast with a variety of items. Comfortable bed and clean rooms. Nice size pool and free parking.

The free shuttle took us to a great mall and the metro in just a few minutes. And the few times i drove, it was very easy to get into the city and do what I needed. And for the price, you can't beat it. Seriously, i made a great choice on this hotel and i highly recommend it

The hotel is at a convenient location, close to the National Airport. Has great breakfast. But my wife left a light blue coat in the closet of room 237 morning of June 4 , 2017 and called back 10 minutes out of the hotel at 6:45am . The staff promised to find the coat and leave it at the front desk for us to pick up that evening when we got back to the town. But when we went back at 8:00pm , the a new front desk lady said that no message was passed on to her.

Besides this incident, this is a good place to stay.

Awful, depressing place. Only gets one star because I have to pick oneTook a shower shortly after I checked in. Bottom of tub felt warped, bubbled. Anyhow, as the shower continues the size of the bubbles grew. I quickly realized that the caulking that sealed the cheapest tub in the history of tubs and broken down and pulled the tub away from the wall when someone was in there. This led to water pooling BELOW the tub. By the time I got out it was like standing on a water bed and if I stamped down hard water would shoot out the crack and out the bottom onto the bathroom floor. When I got out of the tub the entire bathroomfloor was covered in about a quarter inch of water. When I told the front desk about it they said they would send someone right over.ended up calling 3 times. It was never fixed and I had to change rooms the next afternoon. Room 103.avoid this place!!!!

Overall this place has serious customer service problems, especially with some of the front desk clerks. For the most part the clerks were mediocre in their attitudes. They were not especially rude nor were they very courteous. The shuttle service to and from the hotel and the METRO train station is never on schedule. The shuttle only runs until 10:00 PM. On weekends especially, Washington DC has many events that run late. I cannot drive at night. It would be more convenient if the hotel provided late night shuttles until the last METRO train to the Pentagon City METRO station stops running on Friday and Saturday nights. The free breakfast every morning was wonderful. The quality of the food was good - served buffet style. The card key was demagnetized twice. The front desk clerk seemed a bit perturbed when I told her about it.

Breakfast is great, a wide variety of options. People seem to not respect sorry hours and there are paper thin walls. I sleep like a rock and through huge storms but on night one was woken 4 times. Night 2 was better and only woke 3 times. Note: bring ear plugs!! Overall a great hotel. Shuttle runs every 30 minutes to the mall and airport.
