This was my third time staying here and have enjoyed it everytime. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. The area is very walkable and is close to several restaurants, bars, theater and grocery store. There is also a dog park and brewery across the street. I love staying here when I come in for work as the neighborhood provides many things to do at night. If you want to stay in, the hotel has a pool and a restaurant that are great as well. For getting around, Ubers always seem to be right around the corner and there is a bus metro stop a block away. If you drove here, parking is available in a parking structure across the street for fifteen dollars which is very reasonable.

Slightly disappointed. Traveled on business room was running over $200 a night for a small 2 queen bed room. The TV was insanely small and I ended up with a great view of a wall on the 6th floor ensure to avoid room 606 if you want to than a wall.

I have to express how incredibly disappointed I was in this hotel! Lets start with absolutely no water and then when it came back it was brown! We checked in Friday 9/1 and I was VERY clear about NOT processing my credit card and I was going to pay in cash or use a different card, within 1 minute of me telling the man at the counter this he charged my card anyway!!!! I was furious and he said oh I will just reverse the charge, as if that will help me now! Its 4 days later and I have almost $500.00 STILL held on my credit card. As convent as this location is I will find another hotel to stay in from now on! If I could give them 0 Stars I would! Bad Customer service and the beds were horribly uncomfortable!

Have stayed at this hotel before, and recommended to a friend coming from out of town. Hotel is in a fantastic location, with a Harris Teeter right across the building, and an entire area filled with shops, restaurants, coffee shops, a movie theater and a stage theater. Rooms are large and clean if a bit minimalist, bathrooms are serviceable (not spa level, but large enough.)

Excellent service. I have stayed here multiple times for business and the management, desk staff and shuttle service have been great. Always willing to go the extra mile to ensure you enjoy your stay.

They have a shuttle that can do pick ups from the airport and drop off to the metro. The staff have been wonderful to work with. It has a business center, pool, and fitness center. It is very close to a 24 hour grocery store which has been wonderful and walking distance to all the small shops. Would stay again.

Parking is $15 a night. The bed in room 627 was like sleeping on a rock or a big bubble. Take your pick due to the adjustable bed. After two night of sleeping on it my body hurt. I like my room cold, the temperature in the room won't go below 67. At other Hilton properties the maintenance can make it go lower. I called the front desk and spoke with the rude lady that works nights. She 1st told me it's not possible for it to go lower. When I said I knew that was false she said she would send up the maintenance man. After 40 minutes I gave up and went to sleep. I was over charged for 1 of the nights I stayed at the hotel. I was told upon check out that only the manager can fix it and he was out. I'm waiting on him to return my email.

Update: Emailed the manager on March 5th and have not gotten a reply. I emailed Hilton and they are looking into the over billing and say they are getting back to be in 3 days. They over charged me $49 plus tax! GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK HILTON!

Front staff was friendly when checking in. Nice spacious room. Nice view and area. But we had a few issues. The adjustable bed was not comfortable. The thermostat had a minimum setting of 67 degrees and the room still felt warm. We called the front desk that night to see if the thermostat could be adjusted to a lower temp. The front desk said they'd send someone, but no one ever came. The bathtub shower faucet constantly dripped which made taking a bath or going in the bathroom annoying.

Beautiful place to stay. I have never been to such a clean Hotel that was so comfortable to sleep at. The beds had the ability to adjust how soft they felt; the beds basically were brand new with no stains on them, and the rooms were very well equipped. The Hilton Garden Inn, after staying in many other hotels, is now my Hotel of choice moving forward.

The rooms are generously sized and comfortable. Staff was very friendly as always. We have stayed here many times visiting family in the neighborhood and the hotel is very nice. Only complaint is what I say of every hotel - get rid of tubs and plastic shower curtains.
