This is my favorite inn to stay with at Tybee Island.

Every room has a unique decor and has a quirky feel. Instead of the usual chain motel, go to a place with good Jacuzzis, walking distance to the beach and a friendly staff.

Lots of outside patio furniture for small get togethers and a laid back atmosphere. My favorite spot on the island to crash for a few days when I need to get away from the hustle and bustle. Off-season rates are very affordable!

Very friendly staff. Room was nice enough. Big oh jaccuzi tub was great. Only reason I didn't give it a higher rating was my first night in room I broke out from all the bleach and sanitizer they use in the room. Other than that everything else was great.

Room 5 the door can be opened with a credit card! And light comes thru 3 sides! Had to ask to be moved. No phones in rooms ! And TV's are nice but the Cable has a lot to be desired! Walking distance to almost everything is good ! Well it's off my bucket list for Tybee!

Nice people but the room was dirty. The couch was old and flat and dirty. The bed part of the couch had tons of stains on it and no fitted sheet to go on it. There was a part of the wall that looked like it had just been patched and not painted to match the room. The light switches didnt work for certain parts of the room.

Stayed here on our last trip to Tybee, very convenient location for short walks to the beach, pier, shops, and restaurants. We stayed in a very nice and clean room and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

I'd give 0 stars if I could because you're better off staying somewhere else. Room wasn't cleaned before we arrived and the floor was uneven. No room service nor a telephone in the room. No iron, ironing board, hair dryer. Breakfast is just cereal, toast, and coffee. However, you can only use one machine at a time or the power will go out.
Started raining and the ceiling was leaking. You're literally just paying for the location. I wouldn't recommend this place for anyone.

The Inn is located right off of the main Street on Tybee. The location of the Inn is pretty good because of the close proximity to the beach and most of the shops and restaurants. The room's were not as great as they say. The bathroom was moldy and the floors were Sandy upon arrival. My fiancee said that there was rat stool she had to clean up. The sheets had stains on them and even the comforter/quilt. The AC unit had a little bin underneath the outside catching the condensation. The water was full of algae and there was trash in there (extremely unpleasant of a sight.) If you want fresh towels everyday you'll have to ask for them. However, when walking back to our room we ran into an employee who asked if we needed anything. That man was probably the greatest part about the stay. The free WiFi was not accessible in the rooms. There was a TV but I did not use it. The hot tub was too hard to find to even think about using it. There was a fridge in the room, if you want to use it make sure you check the temperature when you arrive. The shower, besides being dirty, was very faulty. If you want to take a shower be warned that the toilet will take the cold water away. The sink will take the water away. Someone else showering will take the water away. There was one electrical outlet open.

The rooms are very dated and have no amenities. Be sure to take your own pillows as they use decorative pillows with no pillow cases! They do not clean rooms daily (if at all even after you leave!). We took one look at the shower upon check-in and knew shower shoes would be required. We had to ask for towels and at least someone to sweep the room daily. I understand trying to conserve water and electricity, but please make your guests aware of this. For the price we paid for this room, I certainly didn't feel we got our money's worth. The only good thing was the proximity to the beach. Parking is severely limited as well.

The stay at the inn was adequate. There are definitely other hotels around the area that have better rooms available for around the same price, but if you can get one for $75 or below, I'd probably book it again. The complementary breakfast was very limited as well.

Only a block away from the beach the Atlantis inn is a quiet little inn on the south side of Tybee. Newly renovated, it is very cute and quaint. The only thing I would complain about would be the parking and the beds are a little uncomfortable. The staff is fantastic and the cleaning crew is great. I will definitely visit here again

I love the manger of this place. He tries to give as much leeway as possible parking, check in and out. If you get a small room of course it's small! There are rooms with fireplaces.. and there are suited with small kitchens. It's very affordable, and it's walking distance to the shops and the beach. I've stayed in nicer places but I've really paid for them And and I've stayed in much worse for the same price.

Absolutely loved the price, staff, how close it was to everything, and how small the overall hotel was. It had an adorable theme in each room. A good breakfast, great WiFi, nice TV and mini fridge in our room. However, there are some updates that our room needed (a better working sink, a toilet paper holder-very minor), the bed wasn't super comfortable, and I would say it needs some deep cleaning. I would absolutely recommend staying here and I will stay again!! The price and staff made our trip very enjoyable.
