The hotel is very high quality. I was only there for a short time so I didn't explore everything in the hotel, but it has already proven to be one of the most elegant and exquisite in our area, making it one of my top choices. There is a bar, but I am not of drinking age so I cannot say much about that. There is also a very nice restaurant connected to the hotel that I would highly recommend for any occasion. I might add that on my way in I saw ballrooms, a nice addition to have. In conclusion I give this hotel a perfect score for all around quality, it has more than enough to keep you and the people that your with busy and a beautiful view of the waterfront.

Great service, had a good rate for the wedding we were attending, and easy access to downtown Grand Haven (though it is a bit difficult to make a left turn from their driveway. ) The rooms were extremely well maintained, and very comfortable. All in all I would definitely stay there again!

Great location during summer for staying and being able to hang at the hotel. Good food and lots of entertainment. Accessible by boat with reserved docks.

The location is just outside of Grand Haven, near several beaches, and not to far from Muskegon. It's waterfront is nothing special, just a boat marina, but the boardwalk is a descent way to blow 20 minutes. The hotel is clean, the food is great, the people are nice. Unfortunately there is a big "BUT" at the end if this review. We used the indoor pool and some ended up with a terrible skin irritation called folliculitis, probably from bacteria in the swimming pool. My (5yr old) some had issues for almost a week, whilst the adults had just minor discomfort for 2 or 3 days. Painful bumps on the skin, in the bathing shirts area. We treated with several topicals recommended by a doctor and the school nurse. All of which exasperated symptoms after application. Coconut oil seemed to work the best to comfort my son's bottom, but it also had him in tears a few minutes after application. The gentleman at the front desk was empathetic, but offered not information if this has happened previously in their pool, nor did he offer any restitution.

Drinks are great and service is good at the tiki bar or inside. DO NOT EAT ON THE DECK. Worst service I have had in Spring Lake. Their buffet has also taken a nose dive over the last few years. It is not organized and the food is horrible.

This location is the perfect getaway destination. It has easy access to all of the major roads connecting the tri-cities, and close to the beautiful beaches of lake Michigan. There is also a marina for boaters and a nite club built right into the facility. Also is a reception hall for meetings, parties, and even weddings. Feeling hot, take a dip in the pool, and if you're looking to do some shopping, the front desk will be happy to call a Rosebud Taxi to take you downtown for just $7! Also did I mention the hotel is located right on the Grand River? You can even see the holiday fireworks from there. So whether for work or play, you'll definitely enjoy your stay.

We ate at Jack's restaurant. It was great! The food was excellent, the service was fantastic. We called ahead because we had a large group of kids, the manager set up a special table for us and made sure we were taken care of. We will definitely go back.

We had our sister's wedding reception here and it was lovely. The staff was AMAZING and so helpful. The food was great and not that expensive compared to other venues. The views of the marina were elegant. I highly recommend this location!

The rooms were clean and well-maintained. The staff has been professional and helpful. A good selection can be found at the bar and restaurant, which sometimes offers live music as well. Overall a very pleasant location to stay at.

Went to comedy night. It was great as usual. Drinks and an appetizer. Service is good but could use some extra help sometimes.

The food this year for Easter lunch was much better than previous years. Dessert was rather limited though and food was not replaced fatty enough to keep it from becoming congealed.

Will never go anywhere else! We came all the way from Texas and brought our dog, Bella. This place was fantastic! Pool & hot tub area was well maintained & nice, rooms were perfect! We expected a pet smell or dander-- none of which existed! It was phenomenal! Staff was very nice, location on the lake was great. The first floor is fantastic because you have a patio door that you can park right next to & can unload your things quickly and only requiring a few steps! This place is phenomenal! My husband & I will recommend to anyone coming this way!
