Went here for a one day seminar. Did not stay overnight. Staff were great and so was the food. The room we were in was so cold I needed to keep my coat on. But very nice place.
Everything looked great, until you get to the room. Needs updating. Old style temp control on the vent by the window. Flat screen TV but smaller. Food and pool close very early at 10. Fitness room had 2 pieces of broken equipment and is small. And lastly, the spacious inner portion was very dark during the day. I'm glad I didn't have an inner room that's for sure, not much to look at outside but a parking lot and other buildings, but had complaints with another in our group of light shining in as they had an inner room.
We were at the Holiday Inn for an all-day with training event. The room they had us in was very nice, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. I was especially appreciative of the staff because I am a nursing mom and had to pump during the training. They went out of their way to make a room available to me so I could do that. This Holiday Inn is really nice. We've had other trainings there in the past, and I've also stated there overnight.
I'll start by saying I've had nothing but wonderful experiences here, always welcoming and clean. Katie at the front desk is incredible. She is always going out of the way for guests and it shows. Always smiling and positive. We come back just to see her ! Thank you Holiday inn for being awesome!
Hotel is clean, has lots of amenities, and very friendly and helpful staff. We had a room with a king bed & (pullout?) couch. Very basic room which could use a facelift, but it did the trick. Bathroom was nice, but the shower/tub could really use an update.
Walk in go to the bed with a big bug crawling on the ground. Go to the bed see a stain. Feel gross so you take a shower go for a “fresh” towelgrab it and look and see brown stains. Go to the desk and he just says sorry.
I enjoyed a pleasant stay here. The front desk staff was pleasant and my room was clean. The hotel is conveniently located next to a micro brewery. That makes for an enjoyable time with friends.
The establishment is very nice on the inside. We had a large group of around 40 people for a college graduation party. It was a little hectic setting up all the tables and seating for us to be together, but the staff was very helpful in making sure we were satisfied with the arrangement. The waitresses seemed a little stressed when trying to pass out the food, they probably could have used at least one more person on staff to help, but everyone got what they ordered and appeared satisfied. My food, it was a apple pecan chicken salad, was very, very delicious. From one I heard their other meals were delicious as well. The food was reasonably priced as well. I think going there in a smaller group would be more enjoyable, and would definitely recommend it. Has a nice atmosphere, though it was almost only our group in the restaurant area.
Prices are too high for the accommodations. In advance I requested a refrigerator and Microwave and was told every day that they would have oneNever happened. I would have stayed elsewhere for less and would have had a refrigerator. Thumbs down.
Parking is good, but hotel is kind of dated. Hot tub only 1 of the jets worked. There's some decent restaraunts nearby.
The rooms are a bit dated but service was amazing. The restaurant is a bit pricey so we didn't eat there.
It was nice and clean. The only thing was, there was a guests' room service tray out in the hall, when I got there. It was still there at checkout, the next day!
Bed was very comfortable. Rooms are a little outdated but decent. Staff are really friendly and on the ball. Great customer service. Overall a great place for a quick stay.
