Surprisingly I was impressedI'm from flint and I know all the crazy stuff that goes on in the hotels on miller road. I was not thrilled at staying anywhere on miller road, came to get away for a night with my boyfriend due to our living situation. The room was nice and the staff (his name was Will) was awesome and very nice! I had asked about the water due to flint water crisis, if we could drink it and he was clear that it is flint township and that there is nothing wrong with it. That it is safe to drink and shower in. He even let me get a couple bottled waters. I was very happy with my stay yet I don't know how much others that disagree stay here I have to give it a good rating and review. Its definitely better then the hotels surrounding it I felt safe and didnt see anything that would discourage me to make me not want to stay.

The staff is very unfriendly (possibly from dealing with the economical disaster of flint). The condition of the rooms are nearly condemabable. We ended up staying at the Red Roof Inn just in front of super 8 which was a star better. You're going to end up paying 70 plus dollars for a 30 dollar room.

Terrible place! It was cheaper but still nasty. None of the outlets worked so none of the lamps would work. Had to unplug the fridge to use the microwave. Had to plug our phones in a plug in the bathroom because it was the only outlet that worked. Had to body slam the door before it would close enough to lock. Waited an hour for two pillows. I think they forgot the mattress because it felt like we where sleeping on the box spring. Will not be back.

Absolute worst hotel I've ever stayed in. We arrived at 8:30PM, so it was dark out. They had NO outdoor lights at all, which is extremely uncomfortable in their location.
We went inside, it stunk of stale cigarettes in what is SUPPOSED to be non-smoking. Our room also had the same smell (I'm allergic to cigarette smoke so this isn't just a dislike of the smell).
As soon as we got into the room, I had my husband lift up the mattress to check for any bugs, there weren't any that we seen.
We went to bed, within the first half an hour I was being bitten and I couldn't sleep at all so I slept on top of the covers and froze but it was either freeze or be eaten alive.
We woke up at 6:30AM so we could get the hell out of this hotel. Once I got into the car I realized I was covered in a rash and had bug bites, so I'm thinking I had an allergic reaction to whatever was on the blankets and sheets. Whatever it was, it was far from pleasant.response / report this review -

Booked two rooms on a Friday night. Front desk attendant was neither friendly or helpful. She could not answer a simple question regarding the room, saying she never looks at them. Also could not give directions for the easiest route to the airport. House keeping could be improved greatly, the hallway was not at all clean, and the bathroom mirror had water spots. Have stayed in many Super 8's and they have all been very nice. Will not go back to this one

I have stayed here a few times. Good hotel for the price. Staff people sometimes seem rude, but I never had a real problem. Rooms are big and clean. Bed is extremely confortable. Location is great, close to a mall, lots of stores, gas station just around the corner and very close to the airport too.

Stayed for​2 nights. The cleaners didn't replace the cups in the room so I had to get some from the breakfast bar. The outlets were so loose we couldn't get our phones charged.

The grossest place ever. Everything was filthy. I can't believe they let this establishment stay open. The pictures of the rooms are not accurate at all! It's a slum

Lovely little place. Only problem it sit off the road and if you dont pay attention you will pass it. But other then the clean and friendly staff, ok breakfast
