Very nice place for the money ,,nice patios on first floor ,,,rooms a little outdated but not bad ,,,,loved the views of the water. Also liked using the free shuttle from the airport, the driver got there pretty fast. Seems like nice area and the price was lower than other Hiltons in area. Enjoyed the bar as well . Staff at front desk was very nice . Thank you!!

Nice lobby, rooms could use some updating. Our suite was spacious & comfortable. Can't say enough good things about the front desk, housekeeping & maintenance staff. All were efficient, professional & friendly. Restaurant food was exceptional, service good. Overall was a great stay & the view of Tampa Bay was beautiful!response / report this review -

Nice lobby, rooms could use some updating. Our suite was spacious & comfortable. Can't say enough good things about the front desk, housekeeping & maintenance staff. All were efficient, professional & friendly. Restaurant food was exceptional, service good. Overall was a great stay & the view of Tampa Bay was beautiful!

This hotel was quite dated and old. Everything but the bathroom vanity was from the 80's. Bed and couch were the lumpiest I've ever felt! Hair and grime in the sink and bathtub. The shower nozzle broke, leaving us only with baths. The AC was freezing and turning it down turned the dusty heat on. No windows or ventilation to help with that. My wife and I won't return, very disappointed with this visit and the quality of a hilton hotel!

Excellent hotel by Hilton. Quiet rooms, nice pool and very warm staff. We booked using our American Express Platinum and were upgraded to the honors floor! We highly recommend.

The place is in poor repair. A toilet in the women's restroom has been out of order for at least five days so far, and it's causing a problem for our conference group, which is mostly women. I pointed out the need for a quick repair three days ago, to no avail. The only exercise bike in the workout room has been broken for at least five days, so people with foot problems have no cardio options. The business center has had no toner in the printer for at least five days, despite having told our organizers we would have access to a printer. They refuse to just go to Office Depot and get more toner. Our organizer offered to go get some herself, and they said no. The rooms are a good size, and the beds are comfy. But management needs to step it up.

Nice hotel. Huge suite rooms with separate bedroom from nice seated area, large desk/table and wet bar with sink microwave and small refrigerator. Great view over Bay to watch sunset from both rooms. Oh and warm cookies on check in.

Very clean and spacious rooms. Quiet with nice views of the bay from the front or from some rooms. The suites are nice with ample working space, microwave and coffee maker and sitting area separate from sleeping chamber. It made hall noise a non-issue. Occasional plumbing noises and a slightly dated look are main reasons I would subtract one star. Not a bad hotel and would definitely stay here again, but not the most spectacular hotel either. More than adequate and comfortable for the money in the TPA area. So convenient from the airport without airport noise.

Nice hotel. Staff was super friendly. Room was a really nice size and very clean. My only complaint was that housekeeping skipped cleaning our room one day during our stay even though we asked for service to our room while we were out. Otherwise, very nice stay and would stay here again.

The front desk and service was prompt and friendly. The rooms were clean when I arrived, and everything was in order. Parking was a little limited, but the location is perfect for watching the water and venturing to nearby restaurants. Little touches like the free cookies from the front desk made it the perfect stay.

We stayed in room 101, which is at the end of the ground-floor hallway. The first floor rooms have their own walk-out patio with some chairs and a table. Some folks had procured loungers from the nearby pool. This is very nice, to be able to walk out of your room and across the grass to the pool. The pool is next to the water, as the hotel is right on Tampa Bay. It's a very beautiful location with lots of nature and very little boat traffic (the occasional jet flying overhead from the airport though). The staff at the hotel were wonderful at both the front desk and dining area. Our room wasn't quite ready so they gave us breakfast vouchers. Parking is a bit weird, but plentiful. Make sure to proceed all the way to the roundabout at the hotel entrance and then you'll see the parking entrance to the left. Don't be tempted to park in one of the side areas as you pull down the road to the hotel, those are metered. Really enjoyed this hotel and the area around it, a very nice section of the Tampa area!

Decent place for a weekend getaway. Kind of a good location and have semi-clean rooms. But NOT the most welcoming at the check in desk.
*And takes too long to pick up the trash in front of the rooms from the previous guests.
**Super loud AC units. Hard to sleep and deafening.
